I know a beautiful young woman who refused to have the surgery or anything to correct her scoliosis which was obvious just looking at her. She tended to stand with one arm straight and the other arm bent holding the opposite arm. She is one of the prettiest girls I have ever seen and she is 5'6" but missing 3 inches of height according to her doctor. I hope and pray she doesn't suffer with pain as she ages.

I had my scoliosis surgery 14 years ago to correct a 60 degree curve, was very scared but it was life changing for the better ♥️. Got 2 scars will always remind me of that time

My daughter has a scoliosis, she has had a operation every six moths since she was 5, eventually this will result in a definitive fusion when she is 13 at RMCH. She’s has written to the Princes on numerous occasions and has always received a lovely reply, this inturn has given my daughter strength to face the challenges she has faced. Those who in this thread have tried to put her down, you simply have no idea, she is a great ambassador for the royals and young people in general. Do to the correspondence, we also had personal invitation to the royal wedding, which we attended on the 12/10/18.

Thank you Eugenie for sharing your story i had scoliosissurgery when i was 13 i have rods and pins in my spine also. I was put in a stryker frame after my surgery. I was in hospital for 6 weeks. Now in my forties and still have my rods in place. You look beautiful. I can still see a curve in my spine when looking at my back. I find myself still self conscience about it This is the first time i have shared my story. Thank you

I discovered I had scoliosis after swimming as well and in the morning my expression changed from happy to sadness and pain I have been through so much but I’m happy now :) it was hard but remember you will get through it and after the operation I also wanted water so badly , I had a huge curve! ^^ stay strong everyone who goes through this

This girl has such a great voice 😍
