Flowers (Beautiful Life) - Miley Cyrus + Ace of Base
So if you take Miley Cyrus's vocals from "Flowers" (2023) and adjust them from E major to the key of C minor and then adjust the tempo to 135 bpm it fits just about perfectly over the original backing music from Ace of Base's "Beautiful Life" (1994).
Two versions here:
• First - with only Miley's vocals from Flowers (pitch + tempo adjusted, duplicated and changed by an octive for some added depth).
• Second - with both Miley's adjusted vocals from above combined with the original unchanged Ace of Base vocals.
Backing music track and Ace of Base original vocals completely unchanged in both versions.
It definitely seems like it would be hard to say that Beautiful Life was not an inspiration for Flowers... 🤔 😛 🌸🌹🌼🌷💐🤷🏻♂️

7 "Cadillac Style" advertisements from the late 1980s and early 1990s.
Best car ad ever. I need a cigarette.
These commercials remind me of the time when me and my mistress were doing cocaine while short selling chipotle shares
This is actually the late 1980s
Eric Burris pulled up this video during his Coffee Talk a few days ago. I was brought here from it.
I sing this when I'm cruising in my Caddy!
❤ the Brougham!
I always drove a Cadillac I stopped driving a Cadillac three years ago they lost their way they are becoming too much like German automobiles Cadillac is not American luxury anymore Cadillac Bostitch way just like Lincoln did
Love that Sedan DeVille/Fleetwood at the end pulling a horse trailer!
I feel this era of GM vehicle design has gotten better with age.
My grandfather had a canary yellow Cadillac with brown leather interior. And now the only car I’ll drive is Cadillac….love the SRX. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
As the commercial says...The only way to travel is Cadillac style... But my taste is more of the CHEVROLET type, if you know what I mean...😊
I just bought a Cadillac
The only way to travel is Cadillac style, They need to bring these catchy jingles back
One of the most underrated aspects of the original Epcot Center was the music, from World Showcase to Future World and beyond - It was all fabulous
I have 1991 Cadillac Sedan DeVille in black sapphire metallic & love it so much ❤️
God The sound is horrific- what did hey use A gigantic M Hand Held 1965 Panasonic Recorder with mic LOFL
True, the quality is quite awful on many of these. I simply compiled all "Cadillac Style" commercial clips that were available on CZcams at the time when I made this, way back in 2009. And I think for several of the clips people had taken their mid/late 2000s cell phone and held it up to their TV (tube, not flatscreen/LCD) and recorded a video of some old VHS tape recording from live TV they had likely recorded decades earlier lol. Would definitely love to find original source recordings of this ad campaign but I doubt GM would ever release it.
@@llamaskank no brother you’re good- I not For A Minute meant any of that for you - I appreciate the time you put into that- Thank you from a Fellow caddy lover
Just found this vinyl at an antique store
The DEMISE OF CADILLAC. CRAP. Kills me to see this effort to market this junk as real Cadillacs.
Man. I really miss that time. :)))
This rotating screen was so cool to watch
Makes me want to learn how to play polo
Seeing this brings backs memories. At 1:36, I remember the speakers trembling and barely able to handle the bass. One of the best songs ever. It’s right up there with the original Skyrizi commercial.
I HAVE THE CASSET
They should do one for the CTS-V and CT6-V, with the same music, etc. But you can't beat a Caddy with 500-600 hp. Northstar in '93 was a good first step. A resounding 295 hp. out of 4.6 liters? Although even as it was, the 4.5 and 4.9 were starting to bring Cadillac from the brink of HT4100 death with 180-200 hp. by 1988-1991.
There needs to be a General Motors Greatest Hits album, featuring this and Ride Pontiac Ride, among others.
The only way to travel is Cadillac style. Straight to the junkyard lol.
I love everything they did. They are so good on the twin pianos. It is simply amazing what they did!
I've been thinking... I might as well go ahead and convert/record/upload the entire album since it's nowhere to be found online otherwise it seems. I wonder how I might then possibly submit the album to services such as Spotify/Apple Music, etc? 🤔
Yes please. Upload it here and on the Internet Archive. For Spotify and Apple Music, you would have to pay for services such as Distrokid, CDbaby, etc. and because you don't have the rights to the music, they can easily remove it from their platforms.
Now I am ready to board this elevator!!
4:07. That caddy towing a trailer takes me down memory lane. One of my uncle's when I was a kid, had a 1990 if I remember correctly, Cadillac Brougham, 5.7 liter V8, and that was one of the best Cadillacs he's ever owned. That thing was a tank and would have no problem pulling his camper. Regrets trading it in for a 2001 Deville with the Northstar engine, that was a piece of junk. Would have made a really good car, were it not for head gaskets and main seals.
ad were hot, cars were garbage!! cool!!
Always loved these Cadillac commercials man I used to get hyped when they came on...
There aren't enough likes for this step back in time to the REAL Future World that actually inspired guests. That Exxon opening alone grabbed you. But hey kids, now it's a coaster....sigh.
I pretty much have no reason to ever visit WDW again at this point... 😓😩
Love the rich white woman in the 560sl pissed at the woman in the Alante. So 80's!
It was all built on a lie and arrogance that's why general motors is in the position there today. Sad to say but they're at the bottom of the heat through their own making not using your resources wisely mainly human resources racism never pays it never will!
whats is the name of the song ?
I've owned several Cadillacs in my life...Best Cadillac ever made was the 1980 Sedan/Coupe Deville and the 1980 Fleetwood Brougham d'Elegance
That 4.9 v8, now that was an engine! My grandpa said, "put your foot in it, and let it go..." those were some fine cars.
I use to love watching commercials lol
the OLD cadillac era. it was a good car for the ww2 generation seniors with decent pensions at the time. the yuppies bought the bmw mercedes.
I have been looking for this for a long time and now found it! like so many other easy listening songs from the beautiful music format.
Cadillac Style. 🇺🇸🎼🎵🎶
lexus doesnt have anything on cadillac
The greatest automobile ad jingle since the days of Dinah Shore and " see the USA in a Chevrolet " ...
WMGM 40 One for all
In those days, you bought a Cadillac because you worked hard, and you finally arrived to a place where you could have a luxury car, and Cadillac symbolized your having "arrived." Not only that, but you could afford a more comfortable saloon, and now you had one. The styling was understated instead of flash and pompous. These days, Cadillac panders to people who just want to flaunt; people who have no desire to work their way to the top. In fact, they aren't at the top. Today's Cadillac buyer now works for Macy's as a department manager for $15 an hour, and lives in a dumpy apartment in order to be able to afford his $800 per month lease on a brand new Escalade, only to have it repossessed a year later because he can't make the payments. The Cadillac of today is for pretentious lower-class bourgeoise who just want the flash in order to look like they've made it. Thanks, I'll take my 2017 Honda CR-V over any current generation Cadillac because I work hard for my money and I want my car to reflect a sense of financial wisdom rather than having a car that tells the world, "LOOK AT ME, I'M IN DEBT UP TO MY EYEBALLS AND ONE PAYCHECK AWAY FROM BANKRUPTCY!"
Good points, this started even in the '70s when the '71-'76 C-bodies (Cadillac Deville/Fleetwood) were the same altogether under the skin (Electra 225/Olds 98). The build quality was not good compared to the '65-70 models and this was the advent of plastiwood, cheap trim and flamboyance. The more understated Olds 98 and Buick 225 were for wealthy people who wanted Cadillac style without being noticed! Today's equivalent is people buying the Denali vs. the Escalade. Denali is understated luxury and Escalade is flash.
I did what warren buffet did and bought one second hand because if you buy it new your an idiot and most people that lease new ones can afford to keep it serviced mine was serviced at the dealership I bought it from.
Here in Venezuela, the annual Auto Expo was the hottest place to showcase new models. In 1992, Ford was selling their "high tech" approach with a very ugly concept car as their center piece... while GM had the brand-new 1992 Seville STS, with these "Cadillac Style" ads in the video screens. It was the bomb!!
I was a kid back in these days, so I would say mountain bike, mountain bike, mountain bike style!
Why did they go with Ellen?
probably some high level corporate suit at Disney or Exxon went "haha, Ellen funnie. let's tie her in this boring attraction or tear it down."
Maybe because she's ghey?
The 1989 Cadillac restyle was a considerable better change then the previous year. Especially since they dropped the junk 4100 V8 and went to the 4.5 V8.
