there's no way to contact the bullet cable company. I want to buy these cable kit but they don't have the dealer's info or anything in their website.
Tried to contact you through your website, but you don't have a contact email, phone or form! This cable kit means trouble. This is my first ever post on CZcams. That's how much disappointed I am. Amazingly touchy and unstable connection between the cable and the plug.
I am sorry Ted, it is not working. Had a lot of trouble with this cable kit! Changed countless the amount of power applied when inserting the cable, also with the screw. This thing was supposed to be simple. It is not. On the contrary, a lot of precaution is needed not to screw too much the nut, otherwise the shielding touches the wire and the connection is lost. This is frustrating! Not too much screwing means not stable connection. The cable is disconnected from the plug way too easily!
