If Slavia as a club have any integrity they will terminate the contract of Kudela immediately as having a convicted racist at your club tarnishes their reputation. The fans holding a racist banner with the n word also hasn’t helped Slavia’s image to the global audience. It will be interesting to see how Slavia respond to this. They have already vowed to respect the outcome of the UEFA investigation.
@@Crixus128 we knew about Zungu before and obviously he testified in favor of Kamarea. But from the footage it is obvious that he did not hear what Kúdela said. He even held Kamara back. Yeah, slavia filed a criminal complaint against hose. UEFA investigator clearly stated that he found NO evidence that would support Kamara's claim or Kúdelas claim. That means that comission decision was purely based on their "I believe him". And no other evidence. Which is a bad precedece. Slavia has no reason to terminate the contract. There is still no evidence. Quite contrary. Kudelas layers submitted expertise that confirmed that he could not say what Kamara claims in 1.09 second during which he whispered.
So because Rangers behaved badly at completely SEPARATE times to the racist incident, the racist incident didn’t happen? Ridiculous. As a white man looking at that video, it’s OBVIOUS he was being racist and it’s pathetic to try to defend it.

Kudela is known for not speaking English very well so it makes sense to me that it he said something which doesn't make a sense at all.

As I understand, Eufa made the judgement based on "probable cause" rather than "beyond reasonable doubt" with the latter requiring an independent witness, hence the lenient punishment. Why always Eastern Europeans though?
1. Czech Republic is in Central Europe, otherwise you would like to call Austria or Germany "eastern", 2. The Eastern countries have no issue with anybody, on the contrary we are okay with all races and all kinds of people, but all "western" countries have fallen into political and ethnical hypersensitivity. And why? I would say western people and governments know their historical failures: All the bloodsheds, slaveries and natural resources robberies in Africa and other colonies, that these "western" countries have done in past. So there is no choice for these countries but to seek redemption for crimes of the past and every accusation of racism must be taken way too serious even without proper evidence, because what if somebody would remember, that British empire was basically 100% racist 300 years and what it these poor countries would like to pay some reparation for devastation of their country and people? I am not saying, that racism doesn't exist. It does and it is real social issue and must be dealt with as soon as possible to achieve a same condition and options for everybody without any exceptions or difference. I am just saying that accusing anybody without proper evidence or investigation is pure populism and injustice. If he is guilty, then he must pay the iron price, but first you have to prove it at the court or any other office which serves to justice.
Because the Czech Republic never had a colony and, unlike you, never racially abused anyone. So you can't apply your cultural perception of reality to someone who wasn't involved in what you did.
