Basically all the current is focused on the Train. as soon as the Train leaves the area. the Current flows back to the rest of the Third rail. Electrocuting everyone in the water

@@hobowithabass4034 I’m trying to understand you as best I can 🧐🤔 So as the train travels from location to location drawing up & utilizing the current in its current position leaving the 3rd rail 100% depleted of all it’s power causing there to be no amount of current at all whatsoever when that train was positioned in the exact same area as those ppl are then as the train distances itself & leaves far enough from that area that happens to be occupied by those poor ppl in the water, the 3rd rail is live again ? Is that what you’re telling me ? There was no unused current left behind in that 3rd rail when the train was close by ? The train can consume only but so much current so where do the excess current go ? Or stay ? Lol I kno it’s only just a movie but it atleast has to make sense & that was a crazy scene lol a lot of ppl died so I need explanations lmfao

What I got from this is that the train was moving off a live rail to a dead one. When this happens, the train bridges the gap therefore making the dead rail live.

You may be right but this would be a very dangerous situation in real life. I haven't seen any video that feature third rail electrocution via water, but you find some videos here on CZcams. Just be aware that some of them are quite disturbing.

@@FPSGamerLord Thanks, unfortunately a suicidal man was on a third rail track with people trying to entice him off...he stumble back for some reason and then fell on the third rail. He was shaking and eventually smoke appeared.... this was on a dry rail. He was a gonna. R.I.P. to the tragic man.

@Tracey Lamplugh That is very unfortunate. Sadly, most of the western metro systems, especially English and American, use an old third rail concept. This means that the contact shoe of train's bogie slides on top of the third rail, meaning that is quite challenging to install the protective cover, because the top of the rail have to be exposed all the time. MTA has done a perfect job installing strong wooden covers above the rail. Some systems, for example a narrow type metro in Berlin or London Underground, cannot do that, because the contact shoe apparatus is placed directly above the third rail. In New York the apparatus is closer to bogie so the contact shoe can stick between the rail a the protective cover. In Prague we have an eastern type of the third rail which is being held in the air and the contact shoe slides on its bottom. This is good, because you can install a protective cover around it. People who fell onto tracks can sometimes use it to step on it and get back on the platform, although I wouldn't recommend doing so.

I made my apprenticeship in an el-train company and one of my colleagues told me a frightening story in mid 2005: One trainee accidentally touched the train's live third rail shoe with his bare hand. The employee who saw this yelled at him "Watch out, dude! That's hot!!!". The trainee - totally unaware of his brush with death - stood still for a few seconds, thought, and touched the shoe again. The employee - this time enraged - yelled "Stop that right now!!!". Trainee caressed the shoe again!! Employee yanked the trainee away from the train, ran towards the main circuit breaker, pulled it in order to cut the juice off, and reported that incident to his CEO. The CEO was all but happy about the trainee's action and fired him immediately. It turned out that the trainee had remarkably dry hands which saved his life! He was just a few hundreds of an inch away from 750V DC which could have fried him to a crisp on the spot.

Saying amperage kills and not voltage is very misleading. You need enough voltage to carry the current through your body. For example, a double a battery can deliver almost 10 amperes. But you don’t get hurt when you connect it across your body, because it is very low voltage.

You're mixing things up. This is AK-74, which fires almost identical round as H&K 416. There's no way it is more reliable rifle than AK. AK-74 is more controllable thanks to its muzzle brake and accuracy really depends on the shooter since most of rifles are fairly accurate.

Hamburg's subway systems run on 750V DC and 1.2kV AC.

AGB DoubleK people were escaping the train onto the tracks running from the other train so they don’t get hit but the water conducts the power from the third rail and they die.

LeoLeony123 the train driving was a train trying to go a different way to save the people on it and the people running were running from another train that got crushed, so it was basically a life or death situation

На видео иностранцев нет - нарезку сделали из отснятого кем-то из журналистов и звуковое сопровождение. А так в Пражском метро эксплуатировались Ем и номерные, капиталились и были списаны пару лет назад.

Иностранцы там ничего не забыли. Поляк просто с3,14здил учебный фильм, снятый самими работниками депо Свиблово, порезал его и выложил от своего имени. Нехорошо, кстати.

+Jan Jirásek Taky bych řekl. V Rusku mají tolik souprav metra a snad každých šest hodin jezdí na kontroly... A navíc ani pořádně neznám žádnou posunovací techniku moskevského metra, takže jestli to občas řeší takhle, tak smekám... :)

FPSGamer Lord kouknul jsem se na to ještě jednou, skutečně to bude asi tou absencí posunovací lokomotivy, k tomu nemají uvnitř haly ani kus napájecí koleje.. jinak moskevské metro je impozantní, rád se tam někdy ještě vrátím..
