Hello friend. The recipe is in the video. You use 3 cups flour, 6 eggs, 3 sticks of butter, 3 cups sugar, 1 stick of Philadelphia cream cheese, and 1 tbsp of vanilla extract. I hope you subscribe and give me a thumbs up. Enjoy

Hello friend. The full recipe is in the video. You use 3 sticks of butter or margarine, 3 cups sugar, 5 eggs, 3 cups flour, 2 tsp lemon extract, and 3/4 cup 7 Up. Preheat oven to 350. Grease Bundt pan. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time. Add lemon extract. Add flour one cup at a time. Add 7 Up. Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

I usually bake at 325 my cream cheese pound cake but I had a recipe for the 7Up pound cake that called for 350.

I like the stand mixer with the exception of not being able to tilt the head back. I had to get used to that.

@@EverydayWithTonyaJYeah I also have the non-tilt model & it definitely was a learning curve for me. But it is very powerful.

@@CShannon1991 yes it is powerful. How do remove the bowl without having to remove the batter covered whisk if you’re just scraping the sides of the bowl? I always have extra batter on the whisk regardless if I use a spatula to remove excess or not. 😝 What is your secret?

@@EverydayWithTonyaJ Whenever you lower the bowl, would the batter still cover the top part of the whisk?

No, it’s just the whisk tip. So I end up having tilt the bowl to remove it.

The butter and sugar are creamed together in the first step.

The Cool Whip takes it to another level. It makes it fluffy and airy. You have to try it.

There is no baking powder at all.
