What do I select under "Product you are registering *" when try to enter product information to access the Performer Lite software? Because G-Track Pro is not an option

Udemy quality reviewer told me that my voice recorded with Q2U sounds muffled as if under water. In the OBS equalizer settings, I have the lows at -2db and both the middle and the highs at 2db. Would you please have a suggestion on how to fix the problem that the reviewer raised?

Samson,.. is there a dedicated sponge mic cover for this mic - and - if there isn't, are there any 3rd party items you'd suggest I look at? It's all important that they fit snugly to the mic; I want a white sponge cover, not black or any other colour. Please advise. FWIW, I've looked at trying to get the sizes similar (mic and sponge cover) but given how the sponges 'stretch' it's hard to know exactly by how much; it makes choosing a suitable mic cover almost impossible. If I cannot find a sponge cover for it, Ill have to buy another mic, especially if they have the decency to advise me. ;)

I want to use a mic to pick up the sounds of wind and rain while (hopefully) ignoring ambient sounds like boiler exhaust fans (those small round 3-4in fans on the exterior walls of domestic UK houses). Would this mic pick up the sounds of wind and rain ok if it was placed under my eave? Small trees are as close as 10ft-15ft away.

Is there a deadcat wind muffler for this? If not, is there one which can be bought online (UK market)?

The speakers are ok, but the main problem is the cooling fan within the mixer/amplifier, it makes too much noise ! I wish I knew about this annoying issue when I first bought the XP-150, but by the time I was finally able to use it and discovered the noise it made, it was too late to return it. Needless to say, I am disappointed. I imagine if the XP-150 is used by a live band, it might mask the noise, but when used by an individual at home, the constant noise of the fan is unacceptable. I would be interested to know if Samson ever addressed this problem and corrected it with models made at a later time. I just use the speakers by themselves with another mixer, and set the Samson mixer/amp aside with no intention of ever using it again.

Its 500W of peak power and 250W of RMS power folks. Dont be fooled like me But the over all amp has a nice punch and in addition to the shape know .... motown players will be able to get good low and mid tones our of it ( depending upon how u play on your instrument)

THE ONLY Complaint I have is the weight/massive size because you will struggle finding a Mic Boom arm that will hold it. Thankfully, I did not have this issue as I did my research before hand and I ended up with the EL GATO MIC BOOM ARM which can hold it (but just a somewhat light tap it'll bring it down lol which is crazy because this Boom arm even came with an optional WEIGHT to add to keep a mic in a downward position since the arm is so strong and might spring back up lol! Anyway, back to the mic. It is one of the heaviest mics you will ever own. The sound and build quality is amazing though. This one is definitely (IMO) for the On-A-Budget Music Producer or Tech Nomad who travels around and has to set their mic up. I would say the G915 TKL Keyboard and this mic would go well together for someone with that lifestyle. I bought a used G Track Pro that worked perfectly for only $40 USD and I did choose it over the Rode NT but now I am considering going with the RODE NT USB with the build on Pop Filter just because of how much more modern it looks, and how it'll match my more modern IKEA PC GAMING DESK type of setup. I love the built in Pop Filter for it too and it would serve better for my kind of situation which = Stationary, Gaming PC, Non-Traveler, and just someone who wants a Great looking and functioning Mic that looks sleek using it while Gaming. I believe with the Steel Series Gaming Software or just messing around with OBS Filters, the RODE NT USB will be a much better use for me personally and sound nearly as good as the Samson G Track Pro. It'll either be a RODE NT USB or a Quadcast HyperX for me, Yeti's look too work/professional and last time I heard one, it sounded tinny in the in-depth review comparing it to the G Track Pro. Amazing sound for the Price but just ended up not being my cup of tea in the end. I will probably keep it as a backup or sell it for what I paid for since I paid fairly low and I see it still sells for over $60 normally. Just wanted to leave this kind of review real quick for anyone in my position.

I have a Samson Q2U microphone. I started having problems with Windows 11, so I decided to update it, but the installation bar is still there.

Consistently when I talk into it whether it be through OBS or Audacity, I get soundwaves but no sound. I can hear everything else except for the mic despite the visible soundwaves being picked up.
