Awesome device, however I don't understand why there is no output for powered/active speakers. Seems like a massive oversight at first, but it has to be concious decision. It would have been an instant buy for me.

It's an amplifier...! If you have active speakers you buy the Wiim Pro!

Why don’t you make regular content on your channel. Adverts help but with higher sub numbers you really can have an impact on adding value.
They probably aren’t focused on building a big YT community.
I want to know if it will acces a 2tb external hard drive with music files on it....or is it only able to access USB memory sticks?

I still get asked for an AirPlay code for my mini
So this wiim don't work with galaxy tab 8 .it seems to work with Apple only WICH SUCKS cause my tab 8 n motorola cloudnt conect but the apple cell did
The Pro and the Mini have the same DAC. From what I can see, the only difference, between them, is the connectors on the back.

I'm streaming music from my NAS to the 1st version of Wiim Pro only through the digital Coaxial output on the Wiim and from my integrated stereo amplifier's Coaxial connection. Is there a reason here for me to upgrade to the new Wiim Pro Plus version then???? PLEEEEEASE send me all your comments on this as fast as possible so I know if I have to return the product to the store within time!! Go! go! go!
I could not disagree more. The Wiim Pro is a $150 paperweight. Total Disappointment. Connected my turntable per the instructions, and could only play it on a single echo. Was hoping for whole house play as promised by Wiim. After that failure, I tried streaming Amazon Music and Spotify to my Echo speakers around the house. Another huge fail. It didn't play at all. I'm shocked no one has come up with a way to play a turntable across a home network.

We need to get another certification to sell in Japan so that will take extra time. Some people in Japan have bought from the US Amazon store if you're in a hurry.
