It's hard to say with certainty since we were pursuing several treatments at the same time. Objectively, I can confirm that this machine produced a Herxheimer reaction on more than one occasion. This would be indicative of at least some degree of success.

​@@richpurcell In case you haven't come across it yet I also recorded part 2 of this video to demonstrate how to use the coil machine (see czcams.com/video/W97mjoYBzMk/video.html). I bought a book called "When Antibiotics Fail: Lyme Disease and Rife Machines" by Byron Rosner (www.amazon.com/When-Antibiotics-Fail-Evaluation-Alternative/dp/0976379708) which lists over 20 lyme specific frequencies or frequency ranges on page 115. This was helpful. I bought the coil machine several years ago from a site called coilmachines.com (made out of Arizona if I'm not mistaken) which came with a capacitor switch configuration chart (I discuss in part 2 of the video). If you provide me with your email address I'd be happy to email you a black and white copy that you can print. For frequencies found elsewhere, you will need to use a calculator to get the capacitor switch configuration for this machine. Hello ... Hello , i purchased one of these coil machines a while back , recently i ran a high setting and i think i did some damage to the white box ((with the capacitor switches ) i was wondering if this is something i can repair myself or if u knew who can i take it to

When using your Doug Coil machine you need to set the capacitance correctly. Since you know the inductance of your coil and also the frequency that you'd like to use you are able to calculate the correct capacitance necessary for the LC circuit(resonant circuit) and set your switches accordingly.

Steven, I bought this machine to assist in the treatment of my wife's Lyme disease. We viewed this purchase as an experimental treatment possibility and we were desperate for help given her poor condition at the time. There a many different Rife-like machines out there but we chose this one after doing some research and coming across the story and struggle of coil machine inventor, Doug MacLean. When all was said and done we used the coil machine consistently for about 12-18 months. I did confirm that certain frequencies were able to produce a Herxheimer Reaction, which were unpleasant for Grace, but received with some encouragement because it meant the machine was also having a positive effect (i.e., the killing of the Lyme bacteria). I thank God that today Grace is well and is symptom free (going on 4 years). Her struggle lasted almost 4 years and she was only 6 months undiagnosed. I honestly don't know what role the coil machine played in her recovery. Her primary treatment consisted of long-term, high-dose antibiotics as prescribed by our LLMD (Lyme Literate Medical Doctor) along with a lot of prayer. I think the antibiotics were the key medical treatment in Grace's recovery. The coil machine may have played a role, but it was not primary in my opinion. It is an expensive machine and not everyone can afford one. You might consider finding an alternative medicine clinic that offers Rife-machine treatments. For a few hundred dollars and a few sessions you may be able to discover if their machine can produce a Herx Reaction. That's really what it boils down to with Lyme disease. I apologize to anyone I kept waiting for this reply and I hope this helps.

We purchased a BCX Ultra last week and started treatments this week for Lyme and yeast ... also treating my daughter and we are pretty sure the machine helped her avoid a cold as all the early symptoms were there. We started cold frequencies immediately and she never progressed to the cold and is all better now. My wife had had some mild Herxing but we are going slow so she is not bed ridden. We've definitely seen some affect and are hopeful based on what we have experienced in the 4 days since we began

I’m doug’s old neighbor and had no idea he had lyme or was working on this. My brother was best friends with his son and we used to all go dirt biking together. Now my wife has lyme and he gave me this machine to try out. Do you sit down straight in front of it every time, or target different areas like arms and legs?

@@spencerstromberg it depends on what machine you use and what accessories you have. We ended up getting a different Rife system (BCX Ultra Delux) plus a "Broadcast tube" where you just sit in front of it. The standard machine has hand held accessories that we would usually place under each arm pit or hold in our hands. As far as a "Doug Coil", my understanding is you lay it on you but I am no where near an authority or even experienced in the coil use or operation.

Hello! I'm very happy that your wife is symptoms free. I have a question. Does the last treatment of you wife was the coil? Did she mixed the coil with other treatment?
