I suspect you’re an atheist, and I don’t plan to convince you to believe in God. But I am sure that one day, you’d meet Him, either as your Saviour or Judge. Take care.
The universe always existed in one form or another, it does not need an anthropomorphic patriarchal S&M deity to create what has always been and always will be.. The only place God exists is in the minds of people who use association and transference with the mythical being to lord over others in the name of their mythical deity. Oh and God also exists in the minds of people who are lacking in critical thinking skills and are susceptible to brain washing. Nobody likes to witness their family and friends die, knowing that death awaits them, that is why a mythical god theory works to proselytize the masses, getting them to put money in the collection basket. The word 'propaganda' was first used by the Catholic Church. Religions are still advocating for human population growth, and so are antiquated human economic 'laws'. We humans are over populating, depleting and polluting Earth's biosphere's resources. If belief in this evil God continues we will experience self inflicted extinction just like every closed system experiment results in, yes, from Calhoun's universe 25 mouse experiments, to fruit flies in a jar and even as lowly as fruit flies in a jar. Unless humans awake from their stupefying spell of the evil people who started the mythical God theory to take advantage of other people, our demise, our extinction is near 100% predictable. Religion needs to be replaced by a Knowledge Based Belief System ASAP. We are already causing the extinction of many plant and animal species, humanity will suffer but the sooner we evolve and stop destroying the planet, the lesser the suffering will be.
