How do you do to turn the date stamp off?
You'll have to turn on the cam (slide the frontdoor to the side), then press the date button multiple times till ------- appears in the display, that means the date function is off. I also turn it off when i use my lexio70 with the date function.

Hey, how can i combine the timer with differen modes
Hi, there are three options with the selftimer. 1: Press Mode to timer, then press the red eye Button for timer+red eye reduction. 2: Press Mode to no flash then long press on the red eye Button for timer+no flash 3: Press Mode to +1,5 then long press the red eye Button for timer+ +1,5ev. Hope that helps
If you have the Lexio70 with date option, you'll have to use the date button since there is no eye button
Well done. The Perkeo II is like the Rollei 35 of medium format. It punches way above its small size. I enjoyed the video.
Thank you, thats a pretty good comparison with the rollei 35 (i've got one recently, what a beautiful little camera)
Thanks for the video! So of you put the camera in the flash mode it will be 1/90 and I could change the aperture ? And how much I should compensate if I use 4x 675 batteries = 5.8 volts? Thanks !
Yes, in it shoots at 1/90 in flash mode and you can choose your aperture. With 4x675 batteries maybe you don't need to compensate your iso, the minox needs 5,6v and that little difference should not be a big deal (if you are only using it in flash mode i would suggest sr/sl44 batteries, they last way longer and because it shoots only at 1/90 the compensation is irrelevant, but an external lightmeter is helpful since the minox35pl has no lightmeter informations in the viewfinder).
This is a fantastic little camera. I use mine when hiking. So light, compact and pretty simple to use. And the image quality is great for its size. Probably the smallest 6x6 camera out there. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you, i'm also trying to keep my camera equipment as small and light as possible when i'm on mountains but i never thought of using the perkeo for it. Maybe nest time 😊
I use HR-50 in my Minox subminiature cameras.
The minox 35 cameras? I've also shot some HR-50 in my Minox 35mb and got great results.
Hi, thanks for your video! Is there any problem with F3 in cold weather? Such like the battery is dead.
I would highly recommend a CR 1/3N Battery at cold days instead of two LR44 batteries. The LRs stopped working pretty often in cold areas with my f3. When i switched to the CR 1/3N i only had once a problem and that was during a really long exposure on a extreme cold winterday. There is also a external batterypack for the f3 which can be stored in your jacket but i don't know if anyone sells these things anymore.
I have the Perkeo II with Scoper lens. It produces sharper pics than my Yashica and Rolliecord TLRs. Great camera, and so small and comfortable in my hand.
I would have never thought the lens would be sharper than a rolleicord tlr, that's pretty amazing.
A nice chilled out video. I had one of those a few years ago , I liked it . Made some nice images. As did yours. I don’t think I’d buy one again because of the stupid prices these days . There are others with less hype surrounding them , which still make nice images. You got some nice shots there though
Thank you so much, if mine would stop working, i'm also not going to buy another one by prices starting at 150€. I don't understand the hype either.
@@sg-analog8996 I suppose it is because people have seen videos and articles about how good they are. Then they want some of that success and … I don’t know … maybe “prestige “ or status associated with it but it really went crazy recently with prices for cameras like the Olympus MJU heading to 400-500 when there are amazing TLRs and medium format SLRs and top notch professional grade 35mm SLRs for that money or less (far less in the case of 35mm SLRs), which will produce vastly higher quality images and are far more versatile. Yes they are bigger and heavier but I think it indicates that it’s not the quality or technical ability of the devices but the reputation and associated status or bragging rights. In terms of compact cameras I find that most of the higher end compacts from the big brands will be as good or close to as good as any of the hyped ones . Not saying that this model isn’t a good camera, it is , and when it came out it was super cool and advanced but it’s not so amazingly superior as to justify being multiple times the price or something like when an Olympus AF10 or a Konica C35AF2 which are climbing in price too but not near the crazy levels yet . More modern stuff like the Pentax Espio series can produce great results for less than €50 once out don’t use the zoom too much
Belle imagés 👍 et magnifique paysage

Hello from the UK, I have just enjoyed watching your video, I have just finished cleaning up a Perkeo 2 I bought from Ebay and loaded the film, I would love to visit Plzen there is a lot of history to photograph and also visit the Cat Cafe you mentioned, sadly Plzen is in the other direction for my Czech visit in August, I am an Amateur Radio operator (G0KOK) I am going via Prague to my hotel in Pardubice and then to visit the Czech National Ham radio event in Holice, I am not sure about taking film through the airport I will have to look into that. Kindest Regards. Peter
Hello Peter, thanks for your nice words. I would recommend to let your films get hand checked at the airport (if possible) because the new CT scanners which are in use in some airports will possibly fog your film. I wish you a lot of fun and great pictures 😊

@@sg-analog8996 Leica CL, SL2, and M11. I have an M11 Monochrom on order as well. Nevertheless, the Q2 Monochrom worked well and felt like an old-school camera.
OM-1 is a classic compact SLR. Superb results with any of the great Zuiko lenses. One note: the Rewind Release Lever, on the right front, will reset when the Film Advance Lever is moved. No need to do it manually. Very nice overview and presentation!
Hi Jay, thank you so much. I've just tried your hint with the rewind release lever, really cool, thanks for the tipp.

This review is great thank you! Not many lexio content on CZcams. I just bought it and i am confused by the viewfinder lines...is the top and left side outside of the lines wasted space?
When you shot close ups in makro mode (the flower symbol) everything what's outside of the lines you mentioned is not on the photo. I can send you the manual (i just have to scan it today or tomorrow) when you give me your email adress (or write me a mail to hi@sg-analog.de)

I'm surprised the hotels are still there! I was there 5 years ago, and there were news mentioning that the hotels (except for the oldest one) would be demolished and the area redeveloped. It seems nothing came of that. Nice photos! I wasn't aware of the HR-50 film, but it looks interesting, I might try it next time I order film!
Thank you so much, i think they will begin to revedelope (or destroy) the place soon. One smaller building already had barriers and some construction workers were around the area.
