We then aim to begin a phased rollout, starting with the customers who have registered interest in the update, building to a full release to all customers at the start of Spring. Hey brilliant tutorial much appreciated! Q- is there a way of separating customers from Suppliers in CRM without knowing the name, post code or account codes? Just started using Clik for a new company where I'm not familiar with customers, suppliers.... any help would be appreciated thanks 👍
Hello Paul, thank you for your comment. You can filter by customer, supplier or other using the 'filters' button at the bottom of the CRM list. You can also use the 'find customer/supplier' search function at the top right of the CRM to find what you need. Great features added. I’m using colour for categories in my job module and it’s a great addition. My question is Property change notification. Is it only when something is changed in Clik service not on Clik jobs app after being uploaded? My issue at the minute is that when I complete a job on the app and upload it, the admin staff at the office using click service don’t see an alert 🚨. They have to make an effort to look for it at regular intervals. It’s annoying they have to continuously to see if there is any queued jobs uploaded. Will this new feature fix this for me?
Hello Daniel, currently the property change notifications will only action when you accept the uploaded job back into Clik Service. However, we will put this request forward to our product development team for a potential future update.
Is this software connected to click service 4 for the address book? Is there plans to make custom made certificates?
Hello Daniel, We are currently beta testing a shared database solution that will allow you to connect Clik Cert to your Clik Service database. This will allow you to see your Clik Cert certificates in the Clik Service CRM and share your address book across both programs. You will also be able to link certificates to job sheets once they are merged back into Clik Cert. With the feedback we receive, we will look into building a more in-depth integration over time. We do have plans to provide a bespoke certificate service. We hope to have news about how we will provide this service in 2021. Is this web based software ? If not can it run on Mac or Windows or both ?
Hi Sali It's software which runs on windows on your PC, and it has android and iOS apps which run alongside the windows desktop version. This video is a bit out of date now, we have a newer, updated version of the NICEIC Cert Software out now.
