Love it. After a fantastic experience in the Giger museum i stepped across the cobblestone street to the bar and had a Nostromo cocktail and a Facehugger shot. Gruyeres is such a cool little town. It was a great day.

This is the reason why i love KLM, while other airlines are penny-pinching and cutting back on costs, forcing passengers to pay for any snacks. KLM are still offering a free sandwich, a carton of chillled water on top of your airline provided alcoholic drink or soft drink. That and the genuinely pleasant nature of most of their staff members.

Very beautiful views of Amsterdam and the Netherlands after takeoff from Schiphol as we head towards the coast and the North Sea.

I wish they would put that 707 on display. Wonder why they don’t??

Were on vacation in Switzerland in 2022 and paid a visit to Gruyères. The Giger Museum and the bar are simply indescribable. You have to see that for yourself.

Someone told me that the time from santiago to isla de pascua is only 2 hours 45 minutes, but I'm not sure if the time is true or not. thanks brother

In it's original configuration this aircraft had a large business class cabin with a fantastic 2 X 2 X 2 arrangement (pretty soon converted to 2 X 3 X 2 unfortunately) covering the whole length of the centre cabin of the aircraft from the 2nd door to the 3rd door. Very comfortable indeed.
