Никаких настроек клапанов, никаких замен цепей грм, никаких маслосьемных колпачков, никаких распредвалов. Да, может в городе это не экологично было, но для села, самое то. Тем более передний привод!!! Да, ещё и категория автомобильного сегмента D ! Это как Mercedes-Benz W202 !

@@SevenWheels777 я думал, что я один так считаю, оказалось ошибся) если ПОДХОДЯЩЕЕ масло заливать в НУЖНОМ КОЛИЧЕСТВЕ, то мотору сносу не будет (ещё внуки покатаются) + можно оснастить двигатель ЭСУ(электронной системой управления) что позволит рациональнее расходовать бензин и масло

@@alainsolmazian1307 n'est pas une Pallas, d'accord, mais "aucun interet" .... on n'achete pas une DS pour le moteur (qui était la chose moin d'interet de toute la voiture et sur laquelle on n'avait pas de resources pour developper une nouveautè au niveau de la voiture meme) ....

@@alainsolmazian1307 mais oui je le sais tres bien, je l'ai dans mon garage dés 2013, j'ai fait 120.000 km avec elle, je suis arrivè aussi à Paris de l'Italie avec elle, je la connais tres bien donc .... mais le mithique confort des suspensions est presque le meme (aussi avec une pompe plus petite), le tableau de bord est le meme (celui "unifiè"), la ligne exterieure est la meme (sauf les baguettes), et d'autres choses encore, les clignotants sur les trompettes sont les memes, l'image iconique est la meme .... donc je suis tres satisfait ... la seule chose que je pourrais desirer est la boite hidraulique mais maintenant il y a pas des mechanicien capables de la bien regler donc peut etre que quand meme soit mieux la boite mechanique ...

CreRay I know they rebranded DKW to Audi with the F103 model. Audi was not a new name, though - it was one of Auto Union's historic brands, which they decided to revive. What I meant, however, was that Audi's present-day "prestige" does not stem from the company's heritage (which it lacks), but is entirely the creation of Volkswagen's marketing specialists. And it was only thanks to Volkswagen's technology and capital that Audi became a premium brand.

Well, that's only half of the story. First of all, Audi was a premium brand before the war indeed. Just after the war Auto Union was in a very bad situation, having lost their factory, which was located in Zwickau in eastern Germany, and decided to build the more cheap DKW cars (which were true cars of the people, before invention of the Volkswagen, by the way). In second place, you're right, Volkswagen bought Auto Union, and thus guaranteed its survival, but the other side of the medal is, that Volkswagen originally intended to let Audi die and only use their factories to build Volkswagens instead. But some years later, Volkswagen itself got into deep trouble having build their reer-engined cars way to long, sells went down and Volkswagen didn't have a modern alternative. They only survived due to Audi, where the Audi 80 was developed in secret, against the order of the managers. Luckily for Volkswagen, they rebranded it and made the Passat. Also the first Polo is a rebranded Audi 50, the first Golf used Audi engines... Audi wouldn't have survived without Volkswagen, but also Volkswagen wouldn't have survived without Audi.

As already explained, you're offering just half the story. At best. Audi was part of Auto Union before WWII (Audi was founded by the former founder and former owner of Horch, another of the four companies in Auto Union) and what Auto Union and the 4 rings are famous for are their 1930s racing cars - GP cars that won races and were part of the "silver arrows" phenomenon together with Mercedes (Auto Union even invented the mid-engine race car, which has been the standard for purpose-built racing cars), and also for speed record cars which were contesting the world's speed record with their Mercedes competitors before the war. Please do yourself a favor and research Auto Union's racing cars before the war - Type C, Type D, "rekordwagen", etc - you don't know what you are missing. I am also pretty certain you're wrong that the tech in the post-VW era came from VW. Again, as explained, VW just wanted some production capacity to build their air-cooled rear-engine cars, which by the late 60s were becoming very outdated. So they bought Auto Union, except that Auto Union was for a brief moment part of Mercedes and therefore some tech came from them. Then there was NSU, which VW also bought and merged with Auto Union. NSU has some very advanced and space-age design, like the Ro 80, a car well ahead of its time but plagued by problems with its Wenkel engine. So the most likely explanation is that VW unintentionally acquired the tech that made them step up their game from Auto Union and NSU, and then it was shared between VW and Auto-Union-NSU/Audi. I do agree though - it's pretty damn funny to have a car with four rings on the front (though it's actually a DKW, neither a true Auto Union nor a true Audi) sound like a Wartburg. But people who know the car don't usually say bad things about it. It seems to have been comfortable, spacious, nimble, high build quality, well insulated - nothing like a Wartburg if you watch onboard videos of the car in action.

Audi means listen in latin and that means "HORCH" = "Höre" in German so Audi is anothe name for Horch Automobils.

I had a 21 Pallas Injection Hydraulic. Sold it about 30 yrs ago for the equ of $ 700,-- A bit worse perhaps than being stolen, since now I think I never never ever should have done that 😢
