Curious, why do your heels leave the ground? Is this to help with explosive power for jumps? I know sprinters do that but i don't know their regiment in detail. I stick to maintaining the foot tripod. Hard to tell in the video but it seems your barbell is far forward away from your mid foot and that the tension of the band didn't line up with your feet very well. I hope that since this video, you've corrected this to save your back.
Adds tension to the lockout. So if the lockout is your sticking point it will help that. Also it will make your squat more explosive and help improve your form, speed, etc.
Great video! There are so many parallels between athletic training and stroke recovery, plateauing, programs, achieving goals, and all. I've said for a number of years that those who have ever trained for anything do better at stroke recovery. They understand nothing happens overnight or without putting in your time & effort. I miss working with you. My glutes, and therefore my hip, have retained a lot of the gains I saw working with you.
I can’t wait to see the all this done and still can’t compare to elite rare genetics from a natural born kid from the hood... you’ll never add up no matter what you do

That sprain looks amazing. The pain from the massage even better
Something for the foot freaks
The greatest feeling in the world to me is firmly rubbing my ankle the day after a sprain.
If she trimmed all her toenails, the foot will be better supporting in the shoe
