We will be destroyed by the mantra hum if we don't have bodhicitta? I don't know about you, but my bodhicitta comes and goes, and I have been using hum for ten years, I have cancer though so maybe thats why, eh? My teacher never mentioned anything like that when he gave us the instructions on this sadhana. How long does it take for you to be destroyed by the mantra hum if you are distracted when you use it?

Respected Master, My mind and spirit wants to meditate. But physically, i can't sit for more than 15 minutes, because my legs get numb, and it disturbs my practice. I can't bear that pain. Please advise me, how to strengthen my legs, how to continue my blood supply and nerve sensation, even if i sit for hours and hours..👍🏻
