You need to create a folder called Mods in the game folder. Put your mods in it. Some mods can also be in the form of Mods bin dlc. It will be enough to drag them to the file directory of Witcher 3.

Have you already tested the E3 lightning mod? I think it's the closest we can get to E3 in terms of lighting with the blitz FX mod, the only thing missing from the old version is the multi color fog from the next gen, so the lighting only turns orange in the direction of the sun.
There is blitzfx but there is no e3 lighting mode. Yes, the e3 lighting mode is almost the same as e3, I am thinking of shooting a video of it soon.
