An LPP is a very environmental and controlled system to ensure you don’t pollute our waterways. You can have additional rooms with closets and windows that may be used for offices or bonus rooms that could be used for guests.

Everybody loves privacy and the beauty of trees on a wooded mountain community. To clear trees actually cost money, and many people feel it would ruin their land. We only clear the trees necessary for the roads and amenities, and a little pathway on most lots to be able to show the contour of the land or the view. Nothing that isn’t necessary.
