@@rubberroast1598 I can not speak to your safety... but I've kayaked many times and have never had an alligator attack me or my family. Stick with rivers where kayak rentals are prevalent. Do not provoke or feed gators. Stay away from any mother gators nesting area. It seems that is when they are most aggressive.

What does active on a listing mean on Zillow?
When it says active it means that the home is currently for sale and is not under contract yet with a buyer. Zillow doesn't always keep up with data that the local MLS provides so it is good to double check with your local realtor of choice to make sure the home truly is still active. Great question and thanks for asking!
