That's a older Toyota Tacoma it looks like pree 2017 that is minimal rust for that age of truck.😊 to help with this take it through a car wash that washes the underside of vehicles with clean water.

First gap your carb opening forgot exact amount i did two different opening amounts with feeler gauge and marked it engraver , for weather change one is hot weather other is hot weather and only adjust accordingly, then i tune lsn and hsn, but first must have decent glow plug, i got o.s lc4 and a slightly hotter for cold weather and run 20% nitro these 3 nitro%,plug temp and idle gap combination must be right otherwise nothing will work right and has nothing to do with tune , dont ask how i know this 🫣

Nicely done, thanks for taking the extra effort. Frustrating on my 2000 Toco as well.

Mine is leaking from the damn gasket that the wiring to the wiper motor wires pass through, it is in that same area.

Try it again without the sensor plugt in, I think it could be a problem with the sensor board of the motor. Or some software issues.

I currently facing the same issue on my 02 taco, and it’s beyond frustrating. I’ve manually applied silicone to the seam when you siliconed, that didn’t work so I used the expense sealant that the Toyota service bulletin says to use, and that didn’t work so I’m confused as what the leak is caused by. If I flood my cowl with water I can see the water comes off the blower motor, so I’m thinking the water must be getting through into the blower motor ducting.

This did not fix the water leak. Not at all.
