Born and raised in great City of Houston Tx !
Originally a drummer but once I played a bass I never looked back . My father showed me what he knew on bass and that was where it all began . I never taken private lessons just learned what I know by ear and watching others play.
My preference of basses and gear :
1) Fender Jazz Pre CBS, Mayones Comodous . Alleva coppolo LG 5 Classic supremes , RA , LM.
Fodera basses , 100 percent hands down the Best Craftsmanship. Maybe one day they will see what basses I rock and help a brotha out I getting something I have in my mind to build . Maybe …fingers crossed 🤞
2) bass strings : DR Sunbeams .125-.45, DR Pure blues .125-.45 ,Fodera Nickels .125-.45
3) bass rig : EBS TD and proline cabs
All the way !
4) Di pre : Acme MTP-66 , Monique Jule Pre amp, Noble Di pre .
5) moody leather straps
6) mono gig bag

Monarch P is my favorite bass, period. I'm on the waiting list for a 33" version. If this is like the 34" I used to own, it may be an ivory wood top.
@@adamczerepinski yes you might be correct it could be ivory , or holly. I have no idea but boy this bass plays and sound good !
I wish these basses didn't come with a string tree....
Yea maybe they will change their design in the future. But they sound good and play great 👍

Sadowsky or Mike lull ?
@@hassan2424 well it’s tough one . They both are excellent! If you more hifi highs . Then I’d say Sadowsky , but the Mike Lulls are amazing too , especially if your a fan of bart pre amp . They both feel good in the hands .

This particular bass is ebony top , alder body with maple tone block and ebony fingerboard .

Yes it’s a American Professional 2 . I installed Kloppmann pick ups tho . Kinda expensive but worth it .

Hello Tomas , it was tone control , half way and treb and bass is only 10 percent on But reason why it sound so deep is because I tune a whole step down to A . Fodera nickel strings too are a factor . I love theses strings ! Hope this helped you ! Mike
The bass was single coils , and the bass is 60s position. It was both pick ups on center .
