If Stellantis has any hope of moving these products they’re gonna have to reduce MSRP sticker by 40-50%. Otherwise their fate is sealed. How the dealer can survive is a miracle. Floor plan costs and overhead must be eating them up.

i almost forgot to tell you. we survived 1979 by our practice of selling police cars across new york state that kept us alive. most dealers did not consider doing that kind of business because the profits were to small. over the year's we sold thousands & thousands of police cars. installing & preparing light bars & painting, etc.etc.etc kept our dealership alive & our staff full of work. though when the interest rates passed 15% we had our best years. as it turns out the profits were marginal but the bank ate up most of pur profits on our floor plan but it kept our employees busy.

how about this? chrysler is a separate business from stelantis. stelantis is already making small, fuel efficient cars abroad. they are prepared for the upcoming onslaught of desperation. small, fuel efficient & inexpensive cars will be by comparison bring premium prices.

my mom & dad were in the dodge business in 1979 when Chrysler was bankrupt. now if a dealer has 200 cars in inventory & the average car cost $50,000 that is $10, 000, 000. of inventory the dealer is now paying 6% interest on their floor plans. do the math. dealers equity will vanish in an instant. liquidation is inevitable. the bank has no concern. they have their money their satisfaction is guaranteed. any short coming the bank can use to offset profits.

This is ultimately why I just bought a GT for the same price as the Scats 39K OTD. 2024 brand new no add ons just give me the car.

its the dealers and OEMS, over priced and when dealers ADDED ADM on cars, both screwed buyers, i dont feel for these dealers and oems that go bankrupt its thier fault, buyers had enough over priced and scamships next to stealanitis,

In my area in the northeast, the charger RT comes with a $3,700 rebate and the charger Scat Pack comes with a $5,000 rebate. On top of that, some of the dealers will offer you heavy discounts off the sticker prices. Pick out the car you like and go into the dealership and make a nice deal. These cars are nice but overpriced until you go inside and knock off thousands to the point that they are now worth it. I got my Charger RT a few months ago for a good price I could live with. If one dealer plays games with you, go to the next one. Not all dealers are the same.

I was in the market to get some type of muscle car but I realized a week ago that I'm done with these cars. And the main reason is because I heard Insurance companies are starting to reject these cars and some people with these cars in certain areas of America have literally gotten thrown off certain insurance companies because of the high crashes and theft of these cars. Insurance companies are on going to destroy these cars again like they did in the 70's.

What was the reason for this video? to advertise HIGH PRICES for that Stealershp??? Hope they have to eat those cars with all the payments and insurance they have to pay while keeping them 2 plus years
