Get what’s called contact glue and a couple pieces of old tarp you can cut for patching.put glue on patch and around hole in tarp let them dry takes a few minutes and when you put the patch over the hole it sticks instantly and you will not pull it off no matter how hard you try it just works better than tape and you’ll never have to worry about it coming on down again

In three months driving for Fraley & Schilling I have had four different tractors due to faulty equipment. Not counting two weeks off at home because they didn't have any other tractors available. Because they had to save the reconditioned tractors for the new recruits. And the 1,600 to 1,800 a week never seen that either. But overall great staff just equipment and money

May wanna start tucking that elbow into your body instead of having it wing out like that. Put that elbow into your body. Will be more stable. Also stand like you would if you were in a fist fight. If you were in a fight you wouldn’t stand straight up with your head leaning. Bend you knees a little. Feet shoulder width apart and toes pointing forward. Still good that your out shooting. Practice till your sick of practicing then practice some more!!👍

If you want to be more efficient in shooting always bring the gun to your eyes sight by resting it higher up on your collar bone. It feels more natural and you find your sight faster
