    I am Greek and I grew up in an area very close to the Panorama of Thessaloniki. The success of the triangle is its cream...many have tried to make it but no one has achieved the texture and taste of the traditional cream. I made your recipe and the cream is very close to the traditional cream of Elenidis who made it made this triangle panorama recipe for the first time... Congratulations! Your technique where you melt the butter and mix the flour together is very special... it gives a buttery taste and the texture is successful, except that the traditional cream is sweeter and fluffier... The closest I've tried really... Μπράβο

      Thank you very much for the great and detailed feedback! When I tried Trigona the first time, I also got it from Elenidis :) I would love to try and experiment more to improve the texture of the cream and make it even fluffier in the future!

      @@namethedish I would say that if you lower the amount of flour 15-20%, the cream will be less thick but still strong enough to hold its shape while at the same time be fluffier.

      煮粽子還是用凍水比較好😉 由於煮粽子是用生米,冷水下鍋令米受熱均勻一點。 如果用熱水下鍋,有機會外面的米熟透但內裡的還是生米。

      不好意思,我家沒有空氣炸鍋烤箱,所以未曾試過用空氣炸鍋烤箱來做這個香蕉蛋糕。 但我做了一點資料搜集,網上的資訊建議把食譜烤箱的溫度減25°F,及減少20%烤焗時間。由於我的食譜建議於180°C烤焗40分鐘,因此您可以試試用空氣炸鍋烤箱,以大概165°C的溫度,烤焗32分鐘。

      It's not easy to find "cake flour" in Germany. Usually, I mix plain flour with corn starch as a substitute. The plain flour:corn starch ratio is 3:1. For example, if a recipe asks for 120g cake flour, then I will use 90g plain flour + 30g corn starch.

    I double the recipe to make 6 pcs, the dough mixture-knead nearly half hour still quite sticky and soft, after bake bread not soft like those selling in shop... Can share where my mistake please?

      Thanks for sharing, and I'm sorry to hear that it didn't work out well for you. The dough from this recipe was indeed very sticky, and it does take some effort to knead it. I will suggest you try not to double the recipe first, and once you succeed, you double it. Doubling it will take more effort to knead, so I suggest get hold of it with a smaller portion first. Every brand of flour is different and absorbs water differently. Another suggestion is to try to add 5-10g flour to make it less sticky and easier to manage. You don't want to add too much, because keeping the dough hydrated is one of the keys for the bun to be soft. Hope this helps! :)
