Meet Kwayku, the Ghanaian artist with a unique story to tell. Born and raised in Aboabo, Kumasi, he grew up on the rough streets of Italy, where he was part of a gang as teen.
Kwayku's passion for music was always his way out. Since moving to Birmingham, England, he has been making waves in the industry with his blend of hip-hop, rap, and drill. Drawing inspiration from his life experiences, Kwayku's music is raw, authentic, and packed with emotion.
He cites 50-cent, Noyz Narcos, Dogo Gang, Sarkodie, Yaa Pono, Opanka, and Criss Waddle as his biggest musical influences. Kwayku's unique style blends his native language with English, creating a sound that is both fresh and familiar. With a burning desire to achieve great things for his country before he dies, Kwayku is an artist to watch out.
