Hey guys♡ I turned 28 on December 30th (this age sounds so serious) and I decided to spend it in Seattle after years of wanting to go explore there. I took a trip to Pike Place Market, a few times for the staples (fish toss, Filipino food, and the cookies!) and made my way all around the city to get a real feel for the place. I wasn't prepared for how gloomy this place in 98% of the time... lol...

It's nice to get a break from the noise of the city and slow down in a smaller town. I got to see my family after a few months away, it worked out that my mom and I needed a break. You got this! Can't believe they told you to eat 1400 MAX 😳I suppose that all depends on height, but my appetite could never. However, I have found that protein shakes + supplements (added apple cider vinegar + chromium picolante recently) have helped keep mine in check. Been on this journey for 3 years now and I wish you all the success!
