thanks for the tip on how to make broccoli. i have another for you, please get a better sharper knife, a proper chefs knife with a block that will sharpen it will allow your knife to glide through the food makeing prep time a joy, plus the food will be chopped evenly. seeing you use that cheap knife is painfull.
