Windows 10? - update it to the latest version- I did it two dates ago - new update released- install the latest drives - a bit later will send the name and link;) and repeat the procedure - 1- install the sonic 1.1.23. 2- upload the firmware to you box v 1.14. 3- restart your comp- once the sonic launched disconnect from your box the usb - and connect it back- relaunch the sonic - and restart you comp;)

I have had same issue - but then I have updated my win10 and loaded new drives everything start to work!;)

1- the usb - Asmedia USB3.1 Driver Improve latency- download and install it. 2- driver package- Strix Setup 1.1.23- download it and install it) restart you comp 3- the firmware- Beta BOX Firmware 1.14 for STRIX RAID DLX- download and install it) 4- make sure yours win 10 last updated- in my case the update was two days ago KB5038285 - restart your comp- once the sonic started unplug your box (the hdmi cable)- and plug it back- wait about 15-20 sec and start your sonic. wait 15-20 seconds and restart your comp - wait till sonic started and see if your box works)

@@mitofun6967 I followed all steps, but still, after sonic studio loads it stops working, i updated windows 10, installed asmedia usb 3.1 driver, installed strix 1.1.23, updated firmware to 1.14, started sonic studio, unplugged box hdmi, restarted sonic studio, restarted pc, i tried 10 times all steps but it wont work, i give up, it's not possible to fix, but thanks for helping me brother, you helped me more than asus support team.

If you box working once the sonic starts and till it fully uploaded so you box is good - need to look at the win10 updates ;))) I also did delete some updates ;))) anyway send me a message o call me ;)))

спасибо! музыка очень расслабляет и заряжает на позитив))) по сравнению с боксом просто небо и земля! боксовый дует вниз на плату и врм тоже греется !!!!! башня все исправила и температура очень хорошая!!!! поставил вначале 10400ф и понял что pcie 3 а надо 4 - для этого 11400 поставил)))) с 3060ти проц загружен на 50-70% ))) по температуре в aida64 в бенче 4.2 герца стабильно держит температура 64 градуса!!!!!

what is the battery power do you have? for 2 and 3 amps it is a bit tight and need to publish another model - wtih a slight changes in the sizes )
