Just got my order today, thanks Tim! I can't wait to try it out, as well as the Wheel Cleaner+ and Ceramic Speed Wax on the black-painted DeLorean I'm detailing this weekend! I'm doing a mash-up of products between the "big 3" (Ethos, Armour and DIY). This is the first time using any of your products, so I'm pretty excited! One thing I noticed in your rinseless videos though, you aren't using a pre-spray. In my opinion, that is THE only way I could see scratching/marring the paint. Is there a reason you're not pre-spraying the vehicles?

Don’t you leave marring on it after the claying? Meaning a polish with primer is needed.

Hi, planning to coat my car today at home. Do we need to wash car after polishing or go straight to ipa and ceramic? Can you please help me regarding this.

I like to wash the car with a good soap,put some degreaser while i was washing,then i remove the soap and with the car wet i use a clay bar with a showroom wax,then i would dried well the surface and put some glaze with a nice buffer, later i would put a nice wax and at the end a yellow paste wax,the surface of the car shines better than brand new car and if you touch the paint is very soft like touching a baby's ass. My question is if after this process can i do the procedure you just showed?

You just said that car was ceramic coated so it would already be hydrophobic

You shuold explain how long need to wait for final wash after the ceramic coating, some people wait for one week than washing it

I just ordered this product and am excited to try it out. I own a black car and very light scratches from car wash. I don't trust myself to use a machine, using the applicator will not work for the polishing?

I have d3fy, then collinite 476 on top, about to put Resist on it. The crap our cars get on it sitting outside in Miami 24/7 is insane, So far its doing great and I don't have the issues with water spots or getting things off it like I did before. I would like to top it off with Resist.

newbie question.... If I have soap in my pressure washer, will that mix with the soap in the foam cannon?

I’d recommend cleaning with soap and water before rubbing with clay bar. You don’t want to rub any grit on salt on the paint.

Done this to my car and it still gets dirty.

I’ve detailed cars for over 25 years now. I’ve used about everything there is to coat a car. I’ve always been a chemical guys fan and have bought almost everything they offer. Tried the ethos ceramic wax with a top coat of ethos resist and even before fully curing the slickness is insane. More than the chemical guys butter wet wax. The customer service is amazing as well. New customer for life.
