Prince Albert was Queen Victoria's cousin through her mother. True it wasn't as close as uncle and niece but he was only 12 years older than her. But we can never know what really happened. History is written by the victor and Henry would not want a wife whom was never by another man. Especially not a dead man and his enemy

At some point there were even rumors that it was suggested in the Tudor era for Henry Fitzroy (Henry 8th's illegitimate son) to marry his half-sister Mary Tudor so to strengthen and establish his claim to the Throne should he need to succeed his father if there was no legitimate male heir after Henry's death. There were many cases historically where papal dispensation was given to promote such marriages in general and there were many instances were incest and inbreeding was the way to go in the royal families of Europe for centuries which resulted in many descendants with blood diseases, genetic issues and mental problems.

I never liked the Neville sisters in the serie maybe in real life anne was a kind person but in the show she and her sister Isabel always seemed envious and calculators, they weren't better than others even though they felt superiors because their dad and i will admit elizabeth woodwille was evil too, i understand it was a hard time when their stories were developed BUT at that time everyone suffered and lost something or someone that they loved, at least in the show anne never was the poor innocent as she pretended to be like the weak devoted wife, she and isabel always ambitioned to be queens, first they envied elizabeth woodville and then anne hated her daughters incluiding princess elizabeth, anne was one of those who encouraged richard toproclaim himself king, name bastards to his nephews and then she wished the death of the princes in the tower, when the luck turned against them she tried to put the blame on richard from the fears at her previous wishes besides the chemistry between Anne and Richard was gentle but monotonous and simple, however between Elizabeth and Richard their stares games were like fireworks, as the moment when he was alone behind the door meanwhile Elizabeth and Cecilly presented themselft in front Anne and he was eating her with his eyes, that moment wasnt part of his 'public shame plan', lol he evidently was desiring her, it seems the actors who played richard ane elizabeth had more chemistry on screen.

Anne y Richard eran 'primos hermanos' no veo tan diferencia es mas en esa época se casaron sin dispensa papal porque existían las misma dispensa papales para lo que hubiese sido el matrimonio de sobrina/tío osea, ninguna.
