@@inkognito2072aww, glad you do 👉👈 i think it would work fine, yes. For a 26cm pan I'd say you would need about 250g biscuits mixed with 110g melted butter.

Baking soda, it neutralizes the acidity in the tomato rather than overshadowing it with sugar sugar is good paired with the neutralized sauce tho still so meh
Thank you, kind stranger :) i have added diced carrots, then soda before adding a splash of milk. I do the all combo and it does not trigger my acid reflux. That's why I have always avoided tomato sauce 😮💨
