Ingredients:
½ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
1 ½ cup berries, frozen
1 scoop prebeet Energy+ Prebiotic
Directions:
Add 1 ½ cups of frozen berries into a high powered blender or food processor. Next add in ½ cup Greek yogurt along with 1 scoop of prebeet® ENERGY+. And blend until smooth.
Once prepared, you can enjoy this frozen treat immediately, or if you prefer a firmer, thicker texture, Pour the mixture into a metal loaf pan, cover it with plastic wrap and freeze in the freezer for at least 6 hours. 1:40 this is exactly the explanation I was looking for. I always wondered how they get an average over 3 month with just one test a year. It never made sense to me and no one ever had a good explanation. I feel doctors generally do a horrible job explaining diabetes to there patients. Everyone I know with diabetes has the same questions and misconceptions regardless of what doctor they go to. My glucose level is always highest first thing in the morning even if I ate a small dinner and nothing else for 12 hours before I test it. No one can give me a good explanation for it.
Most doctors do not have a CLUE about vitamins and herbs almost ignorant IMHO about this stuff

Your video has made a world of difference to me in the new way of life. It's only been 5 days since I was informed by dietician that I become type 2. I'm 66 and I am learning very quickly that there are a lot of a choices in building that plate. I have never been food fan, balance diet variety, so my kitchen has become quite a playground. I made a video called type 2 diabetes. My doctor doesn't want me to use that particular term. She says it's prediabetes. Which is the prevention stage. So I am going need all the help I can get.

yess fiber one is great not just for cereal but you can bake with it i usually have it with unsweetened almond milk with yogurt like a parfait or with pudding also i add it to chocolate for a crunch

Do they give instructions on how to "put the data into action"? It's great to know if your fat or carb burning but without instructions on how to impact the number I would think the data would be kind of useless.

If you cannot tell the difference in taste from avocado and butter, you might want to see a doctor, and soon, because your taste buds are severely broken.
If you’re one of those poor souls who doesn’t like dark chocolate or the bitterness from dark chocolate and you have diabetes, that really sucks.
The tartness from Greek yogurt, is NOT a decent substitute for traditional buttercream frosting. I now think you’re mental.
Natural fructose (aka fruit sugar) is the same as processed sugar as far as your body and your diabetes is concerned. So, thanks for nothing.

Yeah. I’m not about to take 30+ minutes to put down my fork after EVERY bite, or clear the table, to make the whole thing an “experience”. I just want to eat dessert. Screw all the other noise.
