What I can't figure out is why in the ZAF manual it shows two plugin files in the bin. The retail and the xml. I never got the xml in the dowload from the site, only the retail plugin. Where do I find that file? Also I assumed this worked for all default trucks but I don't hear seatbelt sounds or the like, but some things are working like I can hear the diffence with air brake, blowing wind and tire sound.
Both files should be in the .rar. Once unpacked there are folders for x86 and x64.

Hi I've got the zaf v2 but can't hear the seat belt sound when press button wot he says and I've put in the plugins folder into bin location because the was no folder called plugins so I dropped zeemods plugins there ant idea
Plugins folder should be in the win_x64 folder. If no plugins folder then you can create one. No capitalization needed.

@@paulhayes7257I think it depends on what truck you use. Not all modded trucks are compatible. Altough I cant find a list with compatible trucks
Why don't you use Jazzycat mods for AI traffic? Great video, learnt some new stuff.
I haven't used jazzycats in years actually. I personally don't see a need to run that mod any longer.

Corrected information: In order for reefer sounds to work you need ZAF v2 and the latest Wind - Tire &Trailer effects mod. Both of these are free. Base game trucks are supported in the main 3406B. Mod trucks will be in the Open Def.

Hey Aymazing i updated my harley lonestar to version v8.4 i was wondering if you wanted to revisit it in a stream sometime i put more stuff and even added cabin suspension to it and more parts to it also i love watching your streams keep up the good work.

@@AyMazingATS I have Updated it to v8.7 i fixed the interior colors on the 73 inch sleepers so make sure you get the latest and greatest

Hi hows it going I don'[t know how you got this game to run smoothly on your pc but I can't it to run smoothly at all I have intel i7 10th gen nvidia rtx 2070 super 16 gb ram and I've tried everything and still runs like garbage on my pc even on venilla profile no mods still the same any suggestions

Hi Victor. Did you try the steps I gave you in a reply in another video? My main graphics settings are this: Scaling is 400%. My AA is set to TAA. TAA Tuning: Adaptive Clarity. Luma sharpening at 1.50. SSAO is disabled.

That is called Yet Another Route Advisor(YARA) and is available from the Steam Workshop.
Great video as allway's my pc specs are intel i7 10th gen Nvidia RTX 2070 super 16 GB of ram I'm still getting frame drops and even at 60 frames still jittery graphics and when it was raining your frames did drop to around 50's even to 40 something.
Are you running the Municipal Police Traffic Pack mod from Steam by chance?
@@AyMazingATS no I even created a new profile with no mods.
If you haven't done so already rename the main config.cfg file to like config_backup. Start the game so a new config.cfg gets generated. Close out of the game and then you can make the following changes: uset r_buffer_page_size "30" <-- This can go up to 50. Does require some testing. uset t_averaging_window_duration "240" <-- set this to you monitor default refresh rate uset t_averaging_window_length "120" <-- set to double the fps that I locked the game to which is 60. Make sure that SSAO is disabled. If running the dev console you can re-enable that with the g_developer, and g_console changes. Steam launch options: -mm_max_resource_size 80 -mm_max_tmp_buffers_size 1000 If you have any launch options for memory (mm_pool_size 16384) then remove these as the game does automatically use as much memory as it needs. I also disable V-sync since I'm capping my framerates.

Hi how are you doing just want to say the 1.50 is garbage in my opinion to much frame drops and lags like crazy don't like this update SCS runed this game completely not only that but charging for Nebraska dlc on a garbage unoptimized version of the game not right for them to do this Thats why I don't like them never have never will.

Yep, I knew about this. I believe I mentioned it on last Thursday's stream. Everyone who is wanting to join your convoy server with this number change needs to have made the edit on their side also.

Hey how you doing, great video. I have a question, I noticed that your truck stays pretty much in the center, so my truck drifts to the left and when I correct it to the right it passes the center mark and then now I go back left and pass the center again so I constantly try to center my truck while driving. So do you have any suggestions on what I can do to correct this and keep the truck centered?
I'm using a Moza R5 base with the TSW wheel. Previously used Thrustmaster. If using a wheel is your wheel 900° of rotation? If not then you will probably want to play around with steering sensitivity and steering non-linearity. If you are using a 900° wheel then turn steering sensitivity all the way up. Steering non-linearity all the way down. If using a controller or keyboard then sorry I can't be much help.
@@AyMazingATS I am using fanatec podium dd1 at 1080 degrees. I have sensitivity max to the right and non-linearity at 50. When I set linearity to zero the steering is very sensitive
@@ezryder0075 Have you tried setting some deadzone for the turning in Options >> Controls? Beyond that I really have no idea. If needed you can post on the SCS Forums for help or even in Steam Discussions.
@@AyMazingATS yes right now I have sensitivity at 1.50 and linearity to .50 and on the highway my wheel still reacts to quickly so I have to set linearity to about .70 to slow down the reaction of my wheel but when I make turns its to slow to react so I end up hitting something

No idea. I'm just like you being a player of the game. I get no insider information from SCS. No one actually gets this information. Other channels that claim they do are nothing but lying to you just to get clicks. With that said though and seeing that the 1.49 Beta has been removed from Steam it shouldn't be too much longer.

Two different mods from the Steam Workshop. Info bar at the top is called YARA or Yet Another Route Advisor. As for the Qualcomm-ish looking gps screen that is from DimanUSA called Add-on for the navigator. There are several different versions available. One specifically for some mod trucks too.

Yip, they go alright but nothing to write home about. I have the same MX13 in the DAF i drive. Its been chipped to 585 hp, big increases in torque too and had the Adblue deleted. Made a massive difference to it, definitely noticeable pulling up a steep hill at 50 ton. Used to pull up the hill i drive every day in 6th gear ( its a 16 speed auto). Now its 8th gear @ 1500 rpm, 22 kp/h comfortably at 50 ton
