Can it be used for lipo 360 and BBl procedures?

I'm 10 months post-op. My surgeon told me to keep massaging my legs. (Inner knees and inner thigh lipo) My incision scars are healing fine. I'm just concerned about a deeper scar feels very lumpy and hard deep into the skin. It doesn't hurt, but maybe still feels a bit tight. It's only on my inner left knee. It's but dented. Maybe has improved a little but it's still there. I don't think he'll offer to fix it. He hasn't spoken about fixing it at all. He seems to think it will diminish over time. He wants me to massage it every day until my 1 year post op in February. He hasn't called it fibrosis, but is that what it is? Do you think it will be improve on uts own? I'm skeptical 🫤
