Władysław Franciszek Krajewski (ur. 29 lipca 1841 w Warszawie, zm. 1 marca 1901 w Petersburgu) - polski lekarz sportowy[1]. Władysław Krajewski Ilustracja Data i miejsce urodzenia 29 lipca 1841 Warszawa Data i miejsce śmierci 1 marca 1901 Petersburg Zawód, zajęcie lekarz sportowy Narodowość polska, rosyjska Multimedia w Wikimedia Commons Gabinet Władysława Krajewskiego w Petersburgu Życiorys edytuj Krajewski pochodził z rodziny szlacheckiej i był absolwentem wydziału lekarskiego Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego.

In Russia, you don't lift kettlebell... kettlebell lift you.

2:04 in Soviet Russia... Shadow spot you
Where is he now? In Putin's occupier army?
What a shame Pavel abandoned making these presentations... he is funny and well intended, but I guess that didn't sit well with the current woke culture: very sad!
Kettlebell factory: where all Terminator T800s go to die...

Started to do kettlebells about 1 month ago and was looking for instructions, books. Pavel's books I found the best in this field. After a month I've found this video and it is a pure gem - that's all I could say. Greetings Comrades to everyone who loves kettlebells!
Why is the swing useful? What does it do for you
This was so before it’s time

When I was in college in the early 2000s this would be playing at the gym. I have no idea why I felt like looking it up now.
Amazing how many CZcams kettlebell "experts" are butchering the techniques taught by Pavel.
Why does he keep saying cum rag???
I found you on Joe rogan and my friends been into kettle bell training for awhile. I was 22 stone and now 16 stone In 19 months! I’m only on 15kg kettlebell. He linked me to this and I will embark on this adventure to get powerful

10:00 A good visualization here is to not let your knees go over your toes. Keep the shins straight up and down.
love it
Coaching masterclass. Tell you exactly what body part to engage for each exercise should be at the center of every serious strength workout. Most coaches just talk about form without teaching how.
Give me the biggest Bells you can find!
Comrade!
I'm surprised that the top comment is about Joe Rogan, I heard about Pavel from Scott sonnon. Joey Diaz mentioned Scott sonnon once on the show so you've probably heard of him. Look him up.
Can't tell if he's doing a bit or not, but the advice is so good that it really doesn't matter.
comrade.....i've been doing kettle bell training for a year and still have no hair on my chest?
