Hello, my name is Libby and my goal is to bring you tingles, relaxation, and sleep primarily through art and nerdy / geeky oriented ASMR triggers. Yes, you read that right. "Nerdy." You'll just have to wait and see to find out what I mean.
I've "known" about ASMR since I was in grade school. By "known" I mean I thought I had super hero powers that let my brain tingle when I concentrated really hard watching other people do mundane tasks like writing or typing. Useful superhero power, right? I didn't learn about the terminology, the science behind it, or the ginormous CZcams community that's evolved from it until recently, and I decided i wanted to get involved, so here I am!

So, you've noticed I have a lack of videos being uploaded, and I'm sad about that. I want to do more, honestly. But I live next to a military base at the moment, and as you can see, they love to explode things throughout the day. And having no recording studio or quiet spot at the moment for recording also means i have a tiny precious (but loud) daughter, 2 loud birds, and 2 dogs that are constantly ruining attempts to record anything ASMRish! But, we are in the works of buying a new house and in a couple months, I will have a proper recording area and I'll be back in action. In the meantime, enjoy this humorous (again, loud) little snippet into my daily life! Stay safe guys and in the meantime, explore the other awesome, way better ASMR artists out there, like Tingting, Gibi ASMR, ASMR Bakery, and ASMRctica ASMR just to name a few! (Those are my personal favorites). Feel free to post your favorites to me in the comments, I'd love to see more!

This is my very first ASMR video, hopefully of many more to come. Since I'm new to the community, I figured a proper introduction was in order. In this video I write on paper and in a notebook using ballpoint pen, mechanical pencil, and #2 pencil Recording equipment: Camera: Logitech C920 HD Pro Mic: Blue Yeti Editing Software: Movavi Video Suite 18 & Audacity 2.3.1

Great stuff. Only one little hint, if you ever make a pen and paper or tabletop session video/stream, then you might want to check how good the dice can be read from above. Dark numbers/dots on bright dice and bright on dark usually works best, while dark on dark or bright on bright can be true horror for camera view. Just a little hint, if you ever want to explore making such content on CZcams. 😎👍

Oh wow, thank you! I'm really glad you like! I would LOVE to record more and I'm working on making that possible soon, I promise. Between rheumatoid arthritis flares and cramped living arrangement with noisy dogs and kid, finding the perfect quiet time to record has proven somewhat difficult lol. However I've been collecting new equipment that is more portable and should have a working quiet space up and running soon. Thank you for the encouragement. It means a lot! <3

You were indeed first to comment! Sorry for late reply and for lack of new content! I had a busy month with family and friends visiting, and just when I was ready to start recording again, I injured my hand! XD I'm on the mend though, and I will have new vids soon, and hopefully with better sound and video (bought new equipment I'm excited to use).
