Restoring the Explosion Cam Shake Effect | Resident Evil 4 UHD

Restored the camera shake effect, making it now like the PlayStation 2 version, which was released after the GameCube version and introduced some nice touches to the game.
The smoke effect was also modified; it now lasts longer before fading away.
*However the ps2 still superior with some effects I could not add, maybe I'll find a way in the future after digging into the ps2 eff files.
