This makes aiming more realistic as players have to stay still to aim. Still, early in development, some elements have been brought in from the first game as place holders.

@dangerousbobstudioLLC OK - one request! Please patch in a way to lower the rumble on xbox? It's so loud I'm afraid I'll wake up my family if I play at night lol
I tried doing this but nothing happens when hide bone is triggered. Everything seems setup properly and line trace does show its hitting the collision box to trigger the even. Does the mesh have to be seperated?
That should be the case to my knowledge. Otherwise I don't think that there is a way for the engine to tell exactly what mesh is a part of the limb rather than what the bone is controlling. Even if that wasn't an issue if it just made the limb mesh and physics disappear there wouldn't be a way for the engine to know how to close the resulting hole in the main body or separated leg if it just disconnected.

The 3d Model was licensed off the Unreal Marketplace, they probably used the same model.

Night Gate was an experimental project of mine, it doesn't have the polish to get on the Xbox.

If I may ask; how'd you get blood on the skeletal mesh itself?
Its just a decal I spawn on the ground. The decal has depth so it "stretched" over the skeletal mesh.

There are probably better methods. This was just a quick and dirty way to do it. It works well enough for me.@@xweert711

Awesome! I don't have a date yet, but I can say that the game is in a really good place. It's not going to be one of those "stuck in development hell" types of games. I'll keep posting updates.
