Hi there, i just met this kinda problem like they turn white and won't eat anything. I feed them shrimps everyday, but in last 3 days they even won't smells at it. Please someone who know what to do, because i already buried 2 of them 😢

hello... I have the 110 and wanted to know from anyone. I tried removing the impeller pin and it will NOT budge.. anyone with similar prob? Suggestions? thanks in advance joe

If you dont have alot of fish then you should quarter these cubes up and take a cup of tank water and dissolve a quarter in it then take a dropper and put it in the tank. It doesnt muck up the water so much that way and is much more efficient as one of those cubes is way too much for one or two fish and most goes to waste anyways and is hard on your filter and fish 🐟 . Just make sure to dissolve it a bit in dechlorinated water (from tank or newly treated)

Is this filter good for 30 gallon tank.

I bought that product for my marine aquarium carried by the good reputation of Hikari. I just hated it at first try. It disintegrated into powder, nasty stuff that polluted the water of my tank immediately. I don't suggest it even if you get it for free!!!

sara i bought a used 110.but mine cane with a green sponge that looks like a tube goes in it.but the hole does not go all the way through ?????? i can`t figure out where it goes ? any ideas?

Does ALL the water get forced through ALL layers of media ? I've heard there is some water bypass with this design ... People say some water flows over the media and entirely forced up through the sponge, then carbon, then bio media. Can you shed any factual light on this. Don't like the idea of any bypass...

Get rid off plastic petco stuff , get some rocks . Rocks keep your fish in good condition, and it looks nicer. Plastic dip "Black" the back ground. Don't bleach nothing. rinse everything with water only. =)

It will look better if you put some lace rock instead of that fake coral. I like the video =)

If your HOB is your only method of filtration, with that lvl of stocking I would suggest a filter that can take a shitload more bio media, Seachem Matrix is what I use on my 55 with a big 1800gph canister

Don't let the opinion of others affect the way you aquascape. Yes, it's not my style. Yes, they are freshwater but with coral ornaments. The truth is, the fish don't care. If you like it, then do it.
