    The only way I could lose weight on 1500 calories is with a 2hr workout that’s too much but the portions are big enough to fill me up and it looks delicious

      Cooking time and setting would depend on how “fast” you would want it to be ready….High for 2-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours…is a great place to start.

    I made these and they were so delicious! Especially for having so few ingredients. To clarify how many nuggets did you make out of the 1 pound of turkey? Or how many nuggets are included per serving of 240 cals and 36gm protein?

    I made these today. Y'all!!! Just make them!!! Mmmmm I tripled the recipe, divided them into 5.5 oz portions and froze them for quick meals. Because I didn't have a ton of Parmesan cheese, I used almond flour for the "batter" then coated the nuggets w the parm.

    It’s true I eat under 500 calories & than I fast for 24 hours every other day and eat my one meal under 500 calories I loss about 1 to 3lbs a day doing this…..I never get hungry plus I weight train & do cardio
