It’s no secret that internships can provide invaluable insights and experiences for young professionals trying to break into the workforce in their respective fields. But it’s the mutual exchange of knowledge that truly enriches the experience for us at Verdantas! They bring a fresh perspective, innovative ideas, and a vibrant energy that inspires even our most experienced team members!
At Verdantas, we’re committed to nurturing talent through our annual internship program. Every May/June, we welcome 30 bright minds to embark on a journey of growth and hands-on learning. Our interns dive into the heart of our operations, receiving mentorship and support every step of the way. As the program concludes, we’re thrilled to see many transition from interns to vital contributors within our Verdantas team.
