History: I am currently healed recovering from a fractured leg and arm happened when a car hit me on my way to a morning group ride. I have titanium plates on my left Forearm and right shin. I was in a coma 5 days since my hit-and-run trauma April 25, 2021. I completed another of rehab at "Rehab of the Pacific" I completed out patient rehab for Speech/ Occupational/ Physical therapy.
I'm currently doing my own prehab at UFC gym Waikele doing "KOT".

for 32c tire used 700x35c sized liners for 42c tire used 700x46c sized liners both from rhino tire liners future to try tannus armor 700x25-32c tire liners against tubeless setups in my opinion. you do you, if fine.

Literally a hack! May be a bodge if metal contamination ends up being a problem. Time will tell!
I’m curious do you still have the mixer and are you still using it? They’ve discontinued the model that you have but I’m picking up a somewhat similar model to yours so let’s see how it works out.

Especially on padding area do you still need to sew zig zag instead of standart? What if not sewing zig zag pattern?🤔😅😩😔 also not use special stitch(sewing) just regular sewing.. will it works?🫠 ps: sry my english so bad
Regular stitch will work. But because spandex stretchy material, zig zag stich is better if can. But both will work. Good luck 👍🏻

Removing the oils and high fat foods and incorporating more starches and greens should improve anemia symptoms... "Should" because it allows for better profusion of blood into the tissues because oils and fats impair endothelial nitric oxide production in blood vessels.... Ha ha I didn't start cycling until I was 48 years old. I'm 57 now. I lived on my BMX bike when I was a teenager, from like 12-17 years old. Then never rode a bike until I was 48. I wish I would have started earlier.
Wow, good to know VCF. I never would have thunk you began at 48! In a good way of course. Yeah now we got some local racers blazing it super fast at 14 years old! Of course I just go my own pace, I don't try to cat and mouse w the kiddos. Haha. Happy miles to ya friend 😁🫵🏼

Just fold over extra fabric in the rear or side of bib short and sew more snugly... done ✔️
Nice video! What's the internal width of your wheels? I've 19.4 SLR1. Maybe 25's have less bulbing on small rims. Hesitating between 25 and 28 for my new tires.
Used on stock giant propel rims without much bulging. But on older sram s60 wheelset more apparent bulge. I would go as wide as rim allows for comfort

Thanks for posting. I am watching a bunch of videos on SMP saddles. I am having a hard time finding a good one, do they make an SMP for large guys 300 lbs?
I'm not exactly sure, but I'm 224 lbs for context.

Hi just came across it video just wanted to ask did you file them all the way down?? If not when did u know when to stop
I filed it down and tested it period. When it was good, I stopped filing.So towards the end testing until it should nicely.
Go slowly towards the end it and fit the eleven speed on it and see if the lock ring will tighten down sufficiently. Once you reach the good point you will feel it and stop filing. The mean thing is you don't file too much because then you would have to put a small shim.

Check out the fake knock off smp video on other guys channel. He points the fakes out. Also compare the exact design off real website to the ones you see on the bay. And been doing for over a decade now, so I can spot fake knockoffs. And also, don't buy from a low % seller. Ask the seller valid questions and origins and how much they got it when new. If they can't answer those or don't speak your language, then move on to different prospects. Good luck!

Thanks for showing the inside pocket. That’s not really shown on their website. Now I’m sold on it to replace my 19 year old bag, which by the way still is fine. It does look dirty, every piece of plastic is busted and the Velcro is beyond tired BUT not a stitch has come loose on that thing which is impressive. Hopefully my new one will be as well made.

Take a look at the Silca (the bicycle pump company) on-line tire pressure calculator. Your optimum tire pressure is probably way less than what you're riding.
Thank you. Yes, coming from the 110psi crowd in 2010 I got used to hard tires as norm. But I'm liking the plush life nowadays...so I'm gonna recalculate to lower. And since I only ride 75-80psi on my roadbike nowadays. Thanks for the information.
@@havefunandbikestuff same here. I used to race when I live there in Hawaii (Cambio). Back in my day a 23mm tire was wide. And I always ran at max tire pressure. I moved back here to Wisconsin in 2010. The roads here all have frost cracks about every 20 feet or so. With 100+ psi tires I was getting beaten up too much to stick with riding. Everything went into the garage and collected dust. Just lately I've picked up a touring bike with 38mm tires. The Silca calculator has me at about 44psi. At that pressure I hardly notice the cracks and I'm back on the bike! Keep up the cool videos. I love seeing places I used to ride. I'm hoping to make it back there for the Haleiwa Metric Century in April. Maybe I'll see you there. Aloha, Mark

Hello. I have 52/36 crankset(fc-rs510 model) and 11/30 cassette with ultegra-short cage on my giant tcr adv1 pro compact. Will it work without any issues(delay shift/chaindrop) if I change my cassette to 11-34? Climbs here in Rizal/Sierra Madre Philippines are brutal.
