Foxbody Mustang 3.5" CAI pipe kit
Here's our new CAI pipe kit for the 86'-93' Foxbody Mustangs. It features fully welded and coated in either our ceramic epoxy matte black or cast coat silver. The pipes flow is over 1,100cfm and come with a high flow reusable cone filter.

I run the factory airbox it's way better than any CAI Nobody did it better than Ford
@@lldjslim lol, no it's way restrictive and only flows 500cfm! This is another reason why people change them. They are restrictive but it you want to choke your motor then go right ahead 😆
Since metal soaks up and retains heat, why not make it out of Plastic, Abs, or Fiberglass material like I did?

That large a filter and its a restriction. A LOT of people running small diameter short(2") filters are killing power. I hope the see this and 🤦♂️ I'm not dissing the filter. Just trying to voice the comparison.
@@arturozarate1752 in all actuality the filter is one of highest flowing filter in that size and design and you are right. People running smaller filters are killing their hp. As rpm goes up so does the cfm demands which is why so many combinations make more torque than hp. They simply don't have enough airflow

3M make white, yellow, and green bristle roloc pads for aluminum that dont remove metal. Not sure what was used on the deck. Just sharing what I used when I slaved for dealerships.
Oh....last thing, tumble and swirl come about differently. I had to learn the hard way when I started porting 4V and motorcycle heads.
Yes we know. Modern heads with multiple intake and Exhaust valves per cylinder are designed a more efficient tumble intake charge. We know all about that. 30 plus years and many seminars. We've ported quite a few BMW, Jaguar, Mitsubishi and Toyota stuff. We are going to be getting away from the ultra custom work and getting more into selling our own parts and standard porting services that we can run on the cnc machine. We are about to stop doing stage 3s on Cobras and 2 piece aftermarket manifolds.

Nice gains with the stock valve sizes. I'm not trying to tell anyone how to do their job, in my experience the opening to the intake and exhaust runners can stay their original size. Enlarging to a gasket has killed port velocities. Extending the vein as far as possible is always a winner. That goes for intake and exhaust roof and floor. I knock out the valve guides when I port these and the short sides on the intake are relatively flat when compared to a low runner v8 head. I had the opportunity to use a 750 for the work I do to these heads....and after half a dozen fails yeah. Anyway....just thinking and sharing out loud. You clowns keep the chips flying and take it easy on the office help.
Perfect evaluation of the stock casting. I've been porting these cylinder heads almost 11 years now. The first one was on the Demo that the dealership gave me for 9 months. I removed and ported the head the first week. I did a lot of work to the stock ECU to give me 15lbs of boost and eventually grenade the bottom end. Then they gave me a Vera Cruz.

What I want to know is does the Ebay intake line up on all the bolt holes and port locations like they should?
@@MrGsxr10001 we don't run these in stock form and they either receive our stage 2 or Stage 3 porting. With that being said, yes. Once we port this parts they have no issues at all. I can say there are some manifolds like the tfs R Single planes that have port alignment issues so it's not a onshore/offshore thing. Anytime you start bolting on different parts your going to have some issues every now and then.
