Very good recepies. But You need patience, to look until the end, a bit faster would be very helpful. In spite of this - Yum!

Without dialog it is hard to catch what ingredients are being used and how. Too bad. We can’t always keep up and find words on the screen. I love puff pastry and would enjoy the recipes. Just too hard to know what is being done. A shame for such a video.

Pet peeve. I get so annoyed when they don't use a spatula to scrape out all of the cream or the batter! There is so much more left in the bowl or pan and I could scream! 🙀 Nice recipes, though! 👍

Anna! As soon as I saw those strawberries, I had to stop and check out where you are because I have NEVER seen strawberries like those in the United States! My first real strawberry was in Paris exactly ten-years-and-four-days ago. Sadly, most Americans just don't know how a strawberry is supposed to taste; all this mass production. This is only my second video viewed and I subscribed at the finish of the first. Such unique-yet-simple pastries, appetizers and desserts and presented straight forward without the fanfare of someone forcing an over-bearing personality on us with dreams of fame. But perhaps you own a puff pastry factory? ;-) Thank you, Anna. I look forward to more and to using these recipes in the near future.

These all look so beautiful and delicious! And though the recipe for the Portuguese Egg Custard Tarts isn’t authentic, it is far more easier than the original, and looks just as luscious. I have been wanting to make a version of these tarts with puff pastry, but was concerned about the technique and baking temperature/time. I am 75, and not a seasoned baker, but these all look quite doable for me. Thank you! 🌸
