From memory there was a few campsites before the hill climb that you maybe able to take a trailer setup. If you know any locals or groups out that way ask them for advise. Thanks heaps for your support Cheers Craig

It will be tested next month on cape York trip. I will be at Kirrawee on Friday getting car serviced so will call in and say hi if all goes well with service and time.

Hi, As far as I know they only make one version. It’s nearly 2 yrs old now and I think it measures about 2.4m in the bag. Cheers Craig

My understanding is all new log appliance will have the new fitting. All new gas bottles will suit the new fitting and be threaded inside to fit old style appliances. Hope this makes sense Cheers Craig

Oh, had a look at your follow up vid on the awning, the moisture is probably coming thru the front zip and stitching as you say. How about a vinyl /Plastic bag over the leading edge of the bag?

Yeah I’m pretty sure that’s where it is coming from. I think the newer ones may have a strip over them as they do in over seams. As I’m away pretty much every week the awning is always being opened and aired out so not much chance of mould Cheers Craig

Hi mate, Just watched the video back. I don’t think the noise is coming from the heat and more so the pump as the heater is only a heat source once the water is flowing through it. Hope this makes sense Cheers

@nags3404 To be honest I’ve hardly used it as I’m usually only away for a night or two and solo camping so don’t need to keep someone else happy. I may take it out again and I have cape York trip in august so will see if I think I’ll need it.

It’s just a cheap gas mate from kings. I’ve had it a few years now and thinking it’s about time to replace it. I have a pizza stone as well which helps.
