Hi Kuldeep, I have 11 years experience in a private bank in India. I am planning to resign for the same reasons you left, and do my masters in business analytics in Australia. I intend to work as an analyst in a good bank in Australia post study. Please let me know if this would be a wise decision. Also would like to know if the basic products and services which are offered by a Bank in India and Australia are same. If there is any difference, do you recommend any specific certification valid in Australia to bridge the gap and increase the chance of getting a good profile job in these banks.

Leave office at 5 pm is a dream, Work pressure top class, Depression is becoming worse, Insomnia started, Personal -social life are gone. Want to resign , but I am afraid about WHAT TO DO NEXT? plus How I will handle People's NEGATIVE COMMENTS after leaving job?
You should decide your future in 2025 in the next couple of months. Otherwise, it will keep getting harder to leave this job. Negative comments come from unsuccessful people usually and you must focus on your goals.

What to do after 12th if i have to do banking sector in Australia?
You have to pursue a tertiary education in Finance and then look for relevant job openings for freshers. If you are targeting Australia, then you can come here on a study visa too and gradually transition to a banker.
And how did you deal with just for name Sbi staff association
I did not deal with them at all because their thought process is completely opposite to my aspirations
Sir mai 11 saal se bank of Baroda me job kr rhi hu mera inter zonal transfer ho gya hai aur life ekdum hell ho gyi hai...too much toxic culture too much pressure and very bad atmosphere in the bank..i am scale 2 working as a Credit manager...now i hv become very much frustrated... sirf lagta hai salary hi hai aur life me kuch bhi nhi ...i am thinking to join icici or hdfc bank in my home town...and will also prepare for State government exams....Pls guide me what should i do.....???

You need work rights/visa to apply for jobs, as there is no sponsorship for bankers.
