Hi, if you have pressed dose 1 or dose 2 normally you can tap on the plus or minus to adjust the timing. If it doesn't do that, then press both PLUS and MINUS at the same time quick and release, then you should be able to do that. Let me know. Cheers!

Hi, it depends on the temperature of the meat (if you had it in the fridge or room temperature) but for example, a steak at room temperature, one minute on each side only!

@@jafjavier4939 okay, so the idea with these grills are that you “reverse sear” meaning super hot, close the surface and then let the temperature penetrate through. For chicken, which is quicker, but you do t want to burn it up, you can put the chicken halfway up, but still , the time will be fast if they are room temperature. Like 5 minutes?
