Hey there 👋🏻 You will find them in the same place. Go to settings > on startup > and then adjust what options/pages you have set to appear on start up.

Microsoft To do is good but do you think it is too simple for effective project management?
I think that's really dependent on what the project is and how the team operates. I think it's ideal for personal project/task management, entrepreneurs, personal life, and small businesses -- beyond that I think there can be better option but the ideal option will depend on several factors.

Thank you, This was very helpful. I'm still trying to figure out how to create an unsubscribe link and a link to the preference page that I can put at the top of my email rather than in the footer.
The work around that I came up with is to duplicate the unsubscribe/manage preferences block at the bottom of the email and move it up into the body of the email where I want it... Not perfect but it works. Hope that helps!
@@CelebratingEverydayLifeTV I eventually figured out this workaround, and put a textbox above it with a note to remind people that they're on the list because they subscribed. I made the background a different color to highlight it. But I appreciate the response. Thank you so much!
I think it would be great if you could go through the logistics of how and why you setup To Do the way you have. You quickly mentioned a few things, but for a guy like me who is trying out several to do systems, it would be a big help. But again what you presented was more than most others have touched on. Thanks! Categories is only available in the desktop version, unfortunately. Something I've been hopeful Microsoft would change but so far...no luck! Works for me, though, since desktop is my primary use.

oh thank you! I am loving MS todo but everybody says it is not a PM tool, but I guess you can make it so. Question, is there a way to easily identify tasks that dont have a date? Unplaned?
I think this very much depends on the type of projects you are working with. As an entrepreneur, To Do is perfect for me. I manage some pretty complex projects, a 3-person team, and various client/consulting projects using To-Do. It can be as simple or complex as I need it to be. There are, of course, tons of more complex systems out there for managing various types of projects! (Asana, Trello, Monday, etc). To answer your other question! Along the left side of To Do you should see all your lists. At the top are your "Smart Lists" (lists auto-generated by Microsoft), such as "MyDay", "Planned" etc., you should also see a Smart List called "All". If you don't, you'll need to enable it by going to Settings > Smart Lists > Toggle "All" to the on position. Once you're on the "All" Smart List, you can adjust the Sort function to the due date and see all your unassigned tasks. Hope that helps!

I am finally moving over from Evernote and trying to embrace M365. Inbox Zero is a new learn for me and would be more successful if categories existed on mobile. For now, Actionable email goto Todo, waiting emails goto a folder in outlook for now. All emails get archived. We will see how it goes. Thank you for sharing this video!

It's not an app. It's for use in Google Sheets. If you can access Google Drive, you can use it. If your work restricts access the Google Suite then yes --- you're outta luck.

There's not a calendar view that I'm aware of, but it integrates pretty seamlessly with Microsoft Outlook and you can automate things between the two.
