I think the joystick should also be useable in iRacing. All cars with a handbrake have this. Its there where you calibrate the pedals and wheel or in the control settings. Not 100% sure

Erstmal Dankeschön! Mit der 320 meint Sabelt wohl ein Maß weiter unten. Im Bereich der Beckenknochen habe ich etwa 360mm nachgemessen. Und das is von seitlichem Polster zu Polster, welche sich ja auch noch eindrücken lassen. Die 320 ist wirklich ganz unten, da der Sitz ja schräg nach oben ausläuft. Das Sitzpolster unten hat ungefähr 320mm breite an der schmalsten stelle, als kleine Orientierung.

Ist schon etwas länger her als ich mich mit den Unterschieden der Versionen beschäftigt habe. Welche Schalter/Buttons man aktuell nutzt kann ich nicht genau sagen

Compared to the GT position with my SimLab GT seat, I raised the whole pedal by quite a bit. It was more than 40mm, but I don't know the exact measurement. But it wasn't 80mm like the construction under the seat If I hadn't lifted the seat by 80mm, then I would have had to adjust the pedals even lower because you sit much lower with the Sabelt seat. But because I can't move my screens in hight, I have to adjust my seat and pedal hight. But what is also very important info...when I drive with the GT Seat, I have a very high pedal position compared to real GT cars. My pedal position with the GT seat was something between Formula style and GT Style

The pads can also be left out. You can see that in the video where I change the pads

Could it be that you wrote the wrong time with 1:26 ? I don't see anything in the video that makes sense for the comment.

Unfortunately, this is always the case with Formula Style seats because of their shape. If you know that you want a slightly different seating position, you have to buy a different bracket. But this is the case with all seats. With my SimLab GT seat, I can only use 3 holes with my bracket from another manufacturer, and as far as I know, only at the rear. Although a GT seat has more space at the back. But I think a Formula Style seat, where the difference is bigger than is possible with the Sabelt, makes no sense anyway because it's not a Formula Style seating position anymore. Qnd this seat is created for ghe Formula Style aseating position

There is of course a very noticeable difference. One big difference is the rigidity. Then of course more realism, as you can install much better hardware due to the stability. This also includes the motion system. But of course you're not faster or anything. More realism usually means that you're slower, because it's much closer to real driving, which is of course much more difficult. But you can have fun with both types of set-up! You don't need an extreme setup if you don't have too much money😅...,if you don't train for real races or if you want the highest possible realism.

@@LetsGORACE-LH Thanks for the feedback! Its not that i believe i would be faster. Its just about the feeling and if car handling feels much better when hw is mounted to a full alu rig and so on. Because i use wheelstand with R12 and cpp conspit lite 3 pedal set and it lmu and rf2 feels amazing. I guess i will call my neighbor and book a session in his sim racing shop! It must be done :D Its not always about the money… its about the passion and once you start there is no end with upgrading and so on. I had recording studio years back and i know exactly how it is: 250E vocal recording mic. 2 years later 2500e vocal mic. monitors from 400 to 5k pair hahah. Hard fight me against myself 😁

@@LetsGORACE-LH leider sind alle knöpfe auf dem ascherwheel belegt , ich würde gerne das Dashboard über meine Buttonbox steuern, weiss nur nicht ob es klappt.

Ja. SimHub ist es egal was für ein Gerät das ist. Lenkrad, Button Box, Stream Deck, Tastatur. Alles geht. Alles was man in der Simulation belegen kann, geht auch in SimHub.

ich bin heut die ersten runden gefahren. die software ist komplett neu?? musste ich mich erstmal einfinden. aber das lenkrad ist? schon der hammer… besser gehts fast nicht.

Kann gut sein. Vor ein paar Tagen ist ein Software Update des Lenkrades gekommen.

Scheint einfach zu viel Power zu brauchen. Nutze es auch auch immernoch nur mit dem HUB mit Stromversorgung. Abstürze hatte ich mit dem HUB nie, da bekommt das Lenkrad genug Strom. Zu klein Finde ich das Display eigentlich nicht. Ist auch immer alles ein Frage der eigenen Sehstärke denke ich. Desto kleiner das Display, desto kleiner die Zahlen auf dem Display. Aber ist ja alles Geschmackssache, wie auch bei den Shiftern. Für mich sind es die besten auf dem Markt. Aber im Jahr 2024 findet glaube ich jeder das perfekte Lenkrad für sich selbst. Sim Racing wird ja immer größer

Ich wünschte mir Shifter wie mein RSR Grid .Aber jeder Geschmack ist anders .Für Ascher ist es zu den älteren Modellen auf jedenfall ein Aufstieg und für viele das ultimative Wheel .Wünsche dir viel Spaß damit und mach weiter so .

Wie bei den alten Ascher Racing Lenkrädern? Also Autoleder? Mir ist es mitlerweile immer lieber wenn es solche Gummigriffe sind. Man han oft mehr Grip, das Material ist Wiederstandsfähiger und langlebiger Habe ein OMP Rally Lenkrad. Bei dem sehe ich schon einige Makel am Autoleder. Dager bin ich froh über jedes Lenkrad mit Gummigriffen

@@LetsGORACE-LH ja ich bevorzuge tatsächlich Leder vor Gummi. Bei Gummi bekomme ich Blasen an den Händen und ich will nicht permanent Handschuhe tragen

Ich hatte für das Review soweit ich weiß die große Variante von SimLab. Allerdings ist der Sitz auch schon ein paar Jahre. Ob die Maße gleich sind, wie das aktuelle Modell kann ich nicht sagen. Am besten fragst du mal NLR nach genauen Maßen um sicher zu gehen ob es zu deinem Sitz passt. Bei mir hat es gut gepasst

Musst eigentlich nichts einstellen. Wenn du das offizielle Dashboard Layout in SimHub von Ascher Racing nutzt sollte dies von alleine gehen.
