Hi @Dann3394, we recommend that landlords take out landlord insurance from a specialist landlord insurance provider like EBM Insurance. If the property is part of an owners corporation, then the building insurance component is normally organised by the OC management company. Landlords insurance is more specialised than just building and contents and sometimes includes loss of rent cover and other features that protect landlords from loses. It's best to seek the appropriate cover for you directly from the insurance provider.

Thanks Kate - Appreciate your feedback. There are a couple of reasons why we don't do this. The first is that our videos average 1:30 watch time so we need to squeeze a lot in before people tune out. Secondly all tenants need to inspect physically so they can check those other items out when they do so. We realise its not perfect, but we think it's much better than 3 or 4 blurry sideways photos that some agents do! We hope you like the property!

@@MelbourneRealEstateAU absolutely appreciate the videos! they save me soo much time in going to squishy properties with fisheye photos. Turning the lights on in bathrooms for the vids - even better. I do want to see (or hear) that robes have drawers inside - especially for a furnished property, if no free-standing drawers are provided.
